8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the shower! Two giant wows!
Cons: The internet didn't work and the tv has no guide...boohooo
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond when we had issues with lighting the fireplace.
Cons: I wish it had a shuttle to ski bowl
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Pool area was wonderful. Enjoyed the activities offered.
Cons: Pillows were not great - woke up with a stiff neck. Wish the playground for the kiddos was bigger. Had a toilet issue upon arrival and had to retrieve a plunger and deal with it ourselves also didn’t receive a call back about it until the morning we were checking out.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Liked the shower.
Cons: I gave the girl at the desk my credit card, come to find out the hotel took it out of my debit card which apparently had used on my booking.com. I should have the option to pay with a different card. The girl said it was booking.com's fault. That is poor service, girl should have mentioned it was coming out from the booking.com reservation application. Since I had given her my credit card, she did not ay anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the mountain was great, room was huge and very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing was bad during this stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, employees. The room is the one I stay in every year and It's my favorite. Pretty much everything. I will be back but like to let you know what needs work.
Cons: I was up at 2am with both doors open because it was so smokey in there, my lungs woke me up. I can't believe no smoke detector went off. The next day, the girl from the front desk could even smell it. It was a chemical smoke smell. I think from the log.
10.0 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were helpful and kind
Cons: The rooms were dirtying and invested with carpenter ants. We had to switch 3 rooms and then settled for several visits from huge nasty bugs.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location in the mountainous area.
Cons: The hotel had an old musty smell. Also restaurants the hotel provided were sub par.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Staff did not have a good hold on activities to do. Spa was all booked up and not open full hours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious. Beautiful spot. I wanted to stay longer to enjoy more amenities. Looks like there is a lot to take advantage of. Beds very comfortable. Nice TVs in each room. Our family hopes to return
Cons: The shower needs attention and it would have been nice to have more than just 4 paper cups for beverages, and would have been helpful to have a couple of plastic utensils, since there was a kitchenette
