The Inn was in a lovely setting with beautiful gardens. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were charming and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff were extremely accommodating. The warm cookies and flavored water were a lovely treat.

The pool was warm and the poolside quiet and relaxing. Stay here!

The Royal Palms offered the perfect oasis for my boyfriend and I to completely relax and enjoy one another. We had the best vacation drinking Mai Tai's, Miami Vice's and Woo Woo's by the pool while catching some rays and laughing with each other in complete bliss. The room was perfect for romance, drinking wine on the balcony while over looking Camelback mountain and boning in the huge king size bed, tub and shower. Thank you Royal Palms and see you in 2015...Woo Woo

The best resort and spa I have ever been too.You are pampered the moment you drive up to the massive entrance. From there there are no worries everything is there for you, never have to leave the property. The restaurants are so good excellent chefs.Alot of staff to care for you at any of the 4 pools. There are activities everyday for you like yoga, and for the kids, golf for the husband. You will love it,the heat wasn't bad and I went in July.

Normally when booking a hotel, you pay via cc when you make your reservation then when you arrive they ask for a cc that will get charged only if there's damages. So I 'paid' w/ the company CC (AMEX) in the amount of $260. Upon arrival, when giving a card for 'damages' I gave them my debit card b/c that was the only card I had on me. Turns out they charged the ENTIRE stay on my debit card instead in the about $325 (I hadn't charged anything to my room either. That was just for the room for 1 nite). A couple days later, when I went to call about it, the CSR said she could help me w/ the billing issue. When I told her what it was, she xfrd me to the Business Center where I was on hold for 19 minutes. I then hung up, called back and spoke w/ the same woman and told her that I have a billing issue, she said she was going to xfr me to accounting. I told her that I think they are closed b/c I was just on hold for 19 minutes. She xfrs me anyway where I remain on hold for another 20 minutes be...

The room and bathroom was very clean. The room contained a lot of space. The design was nice.

The air didn't work well. I think it should be moved closer to the bed. I set the air on 67 degrees and it was still warm in the room.

If your looking for just a place to lay down and sleep or relax the price is right for it. It's not a place for luxury. It's not in the best location, but it's fine if that doesn't bother you. The staff is very nice and always available if you need them.

overall, i find the hotel staff to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. they were great. the bed had 'sleep numbers' mattress, however, the adjusting remote control barely functioned. with firm press, the number finally went up from 25 to 60, but by the morning, the number had somehow gone down to 20. i needed to see chiropractor after my trip to resolve back pain i got as a result of sleeping on this bed. the TV needed to be turned on and off about 5 times for it to function. i left all my towels on towel hanger to assist the hotel in its effort to be ecological, and yet the cleaning maid replaced all the towels. and yet, the maid did not empty trash in trash bin and did not clean the coffee maker or coffee mug. the maid at least did make the bed and the sleep number had somehow gone up to 55 (though again, by the next morning it was down to 20). great staff, but i will never sleep on that bed ever again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Drury in Happey Valley. The breakfast and complementary happy hour were nice touches. The high speed internet connection worked well most of the time, though was a little slow at times. We appreciated the quick access to I-17 for traveling to spring training baseball games as well as day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We'll definitely consider using this hotel again in the future.

Different Pointe of View was great! It is pricey but the food was very good. The view is incredible and I recommend eating at sunset or the night time. Do plan accordingly because dinner took 2 and a half hours for 3 courses. They space out the courses nicely as to not feel rushed or too full.

So many kids running around the pool and splashing. The adult only pool was full so was forced to use the falls pool. If you have a room with a view be sure you wear flats/comfortable shoes you will have to climb up hill a ways to get to your room. They have a free shuttle but be sure to call way ahead of time. It made us 15 min late for our dinner reservation. The "falls view" was not worth the upgrade. You couldn't see the falls you just got a great view of the pool and all the noise.

Outstanding, central location. Elegant without being stuffy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Portabella mushroom burger was listed as Vegan on the menu. It is NOT. It came with cheese and the bread was not vegan. It was outstanding, but not vegan. The waitress notified the chef and said she would see that the menu was changed.

The staff were super friendly and I liked the fact that they remembered me by name.

The furniture and color scheme. It looked quite dated. Especially for a Hilton brand. It reminded me of like a Motel 6. And the hallways were a little funky smelling.

For the most part, I thought it was cool, especially for the price that I got it for. But had I paid the full price for it, I would have been upset. I loved it because it was located close to EVERYTHING that I needed to get to. But next time, I would probably go for the Springhill Suites or Residence Inn that was a few exits down but it looked better and was a bit more updated.

We were in Phoenix for business. My coworker and I each had a room in one of the villa buildings. We didn't like that there was no convienent parking that was anywhere near our building. We had to walk either through a pool area or wind through the resort to get to our building. We got lost multiple times. With coming and going multiple times a day, this got old quick, especially with the heat and humidity. The rooms were nice and clean but a little outdated. I liked the patio a lot though. I was most annoyed that there was no coffee pot in the room. There was a loaded fridge with all types of drinks and several snacks on the dresser, but no coffee pot. I would have gladly paid for the coffee if I had made it. I would consider staying at the resort on a family vacation but probably wouldn't stay here again for business trips.

The Arizona Biltmore continues to bill itself as a 5-star resort.  While the grounds and architecture are superb, the rooms are badly in need of renovation and the housekeeping staff misses lots of things.  We had an empty TP roll that was taken off the holder and the holder left separated and no roll replacement; a wastebasket was left on a chair; one of our party requested towels and received 1 towel and 20 washcloths.  The hotel is dark and gloomy in many places.  This could be acceptable at extremely discounted summer rates, but thank goodness we had not paid full price.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
