Cleanliness. Nice bathroom. Nice bar by the pool

Denied two hours checkout delay. Expensive for no special reason.

My only complaint with the hotel is the food. The chef tries to go way over the top with extravagant dishes and fails miserably. Simply the menu and stick to the basics. Phoenix is not Yountville and the chef certainly is not Thomas Keller. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff are to be commended.

Very close to the convention center.

The elevators were slow and/or broken. The only parking is valet for $27, and the front desk staff and valet staff apparently don't talk to each other.

The room itself was fairly nice and clean, but all the furnishings are old and somewhat broken. Don't let the fancy lobby/bar fool you, the upstairs hallways are very claustrophobic, have many carpet stains and very dated decor.

It was super nice, beautiful entrance way and the room was very beautiful for being a standard room with two beds! Comfy beds!

Expensive room service, no continental breakfast or breakfast area, $27 valet parking ONLY (I paid $20, they discounted valet parking for PHX Comicon passholders)

This hotel is in a prime location downtown, with immediate access to the Phoenix Convention Center (which is why I chose to stay here) and the nearby US Airways Arena

It was a very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, beautiful lobby area. The pool looked very nice, although we didn't use it. The bartender was really nice at the restaurant in the lobby, as well as the women at the front desk.

The hotel was great, if you know the area. We were not aware that Phoenix this time of year ( early July), is a ghost town if there are no conventions or anything. We ended up leaving the city and headed to Tempe. This had nothing to do with the hotel.

It was nice, nice pool, seems great for event space. Great if you happen to have a convention in town.

It works for us every year we attend a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center.

The hotel was unwilling to change our check-in date as we accidentally selected the wrong night when we booked our hotel so we ended up having to buy our room twice.

Good hotel. Servers are needs.

We loved the pool and we also loved all the exciting sites to see around the hotel

Parking was a little difficult we actually ended up parking in the wrong parking garage and I had to have someone open the garage for us to leave

I wish we would've had more time to explore the hotel it was a wonderful experience

The bed was amazing! Could have slept for days. The shower was equally amazing!

Having to leave.

This is the hotel my husband and I spent our wedding night in. It's says I'm from Phoenix, AK but I'm actually from the same city as the hotel, here in AZ. We will be back for another wonderful night. On a D-backs game day.

Location is great if you need to be downtown. Staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable although not large by any stretch.

They charge you $19/night to park and the internet is $15 and they can block your cell's personal hotspot. If the parking garage fills up (it isn't large) you will have to use valet and pay even more.

The staff was nice.

Room was dirty. There was hair on the floor and on the covers of the bed. There were 'questionable' people in the parking lot at night.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a booking. The hotel was not a 2 star hotel and I didn't feel very safe there. Room was dirty with hair everywhere. Pillows had hair on them when I turned them over. Also there was a hole in the wall of the shower that had a piece of toilet paper put in it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

false advertising. I got ripped off. Hotel advertised 24 hour airport shuttle service. My flight was delayed and they informed me that no shuttle service from 1am to 4 am. Had to pay 25 dollars for taxi.

Staff unwilling to give for the false advertising on the shuttle service. Informed me that normally no one comes in after 1 am and that I should just get a taxi and pay for it. If I do not show they will still charge my credit card

It was a hotel for crack heads

nothing but drug atticks stayed there and they actually lived there, it was there apartment. I was the only regular customer. I think it was some kind of half way house for drug atticks

crack head city, everything was broken, they had a no visitors policy which was super weird. The guy whom owned the crack infested hotel was staying there with his kids in the room right below mine. You guys CANNOT keep this as one of the hotels you rent out; I no longer trust your company due to this experience. AND I didnt know it was a one star hotel, it came up when I was buyin it as a 2 1/2 star hotel which is the only reason I got it. I couldnt have been more disappointed!

The beds were torture. Not only were they hard, the springs were poking through. Also, we paid for queen beds and got doubles. The breakfast was a joke: it was in a tiny cramped little room and was gone every morning we went down. Worst of all, we were constantly bombarded by the extremely loud noise of elevator machinery. Seriously, it was impossible to relax there.

We had a king suite for 2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 younger kids. It fit us all comfortably for two night with plenty of space to move around. Having the mini-fridge and microwave was great, and it was especially nice that it was in a separate area.

Our room was right next to a very noisy elevator. It wasn't a problem overnight, but during the morning and afternoon/evening, it was a near-constant buzz. Didn't help that it was a very busy weekend.

I was really impressed with how well they kept up with the breakfast demand during ComiCon weekend. The whole hotel was booked out solid, and there was steady breakfast traffic all morning. If anything was out, you only had to wait a couple minutes before they were bringing more. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and they have a shuttle service that will drop you off downtown if they don't have anyone to take to the airport. It's pretty close to downtown, though, and close enough to get ...

Location is good and convenience.

It seems this property rents their rooms for extended period like apartment complex with permanent residents. My room key quit working after the first day. It is big property.

Location is good if you just wanted to crash and price good. Room and property is clean for the price. I don't see elevator n the stairs are far away. McD n Taco Bell are next door. I was approached by one of the drunk long terms residence at night. Other than that it is ok just to rest n continue your journey. I won't stay more than 1 night.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
