The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel offers perfect customer service, and the staff is polite and welcoming. It is a great hotel for those who know around Alanya. The property is very central and the price unbeatable.

Air condition is very bad. Sometimes there is not much hot water in the shower. Towels and bedding had holes or stains on them. The cleaning was the worst experience I ever had. The cleaning lady came every second day, but you couldn't really tell if she has been there or not. The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop.
