the night out on the town
The hotel is well situated for doing sightseeing.
The continental breakfast (available only in the dining room) is included in the $90 tariff and makes it very affordable for families and business people/staff. The room, although ageing was spacious.
Double beds need to be upgraded to queen size.
Location. We had no car so it was nice to be able to get every where. It was quiet, The fact that we could sleep through without street noise or loud music was great.
TV Remote did not work and the TV is out dated. It was hard to fill the kettle with water and there was no clothing iron. It would be nice to be able to order an english breakfast in the morning when arriving in the eating area.
close to where we had to go
single beds were bit to hard
The location was great, so close to the city. Nice and quiet.
Pillows were a bit flat.
Continental breakfast was good.
The hotel was old & daggy.
Motel was exactly as expected, functional but not pretty. After a horrible journey it was a welcome sight! The beds were comfortable, the shower worked and breakfast was fine, so all met expectations.
Recommended restaurant looked awful, but we found a reasonable alternative.
I liked the convenience of being close to the cbd and the under cover car parking was a bonus.
Traffic noise at night was a little disturbing but probably unaviodable due to location
