Pros (+) The staff spoke way more english than I know of their language. Everyone was respectful and kind.

Pros (+) Excellent hotel, great staff, great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Cons (-) The only downside was the tours purchased through the hotel. We took two tours, and would've been better off hiring a taxi for the day both times.

Cons (-) No refund/ we had a medical procedure that got cancelled by the doctor and couldn't be refunded. Not good when it's hundreds of dollars most :/
