Amazing cooked breakfast, and lovely to come back late to find a hot water bottle in my bed! Perfect for someone wanting an authentic countryside style B&B with character. Was also lovely to arrive to see that out of my window I could see all the horses in their stables.
Very nice friendly place stunning property & a bargain price will definitely use again.
Location is beautiful Viv was a delight Breakfast was lovely
No shower A little dusty and spider-webd
Amazing welcome with a cup of tea and homemade cake! Lovely room and very comfy. Ideal location for where I needed to be the next day. Great breakfast - made especially for me and the time I wanted!
There was a shared bathroom which worried me slightly but it worked okay. There was another shower room and another toilet in case the bathroom was occupied. But cannot complain for the price paid.
Three nights, really good. If you want modern so called luxury, not for you. If you want to sleep in a room with 500+ years history, tasteful comfort and exceptional breakfast this is for you. Not a great sleeper but the peace and tranquillity gave good sleep for all nights. Small touches as fruit bowl and two types of bottled water in room showed care.
