In general enjoyable stay. The food was delicious. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from. The hotel is a budget hotel with mediocre facilities. The food is good, and the buffet breakfast is quite good as well. The pool is small. The spa is good, value for money. The hotel and staff were amazing. The room was large, linen clean and comfortable. The toiletries were adequate and the housekeeping staff very cooperative. The spread at breakfast was large with plenty of options to choose from.

The taxi union in Goa set extortionate prices for very short journeys. The mini bar was not stocked. Some staff behavior. It was a bit noisy due to a wedding. Needs improvement on hygiene. Outside our balcony we saw drainage water in the garden area. The cutlery plates and spoons were average clean. The quality of breakfast items and room cleanliness can be improved. Mattresses and pillows too soft. The room wasn't very clean, with a lot of insects. The rooms are overpriced for the size and amenities combined. The junior service and housekeeping staff were careless and not trained properly. Indian and English breakfast was mixed up. Local transport is very expensive. Eating dinner in the open-sided restaurant in the evening is not practical as it’s hot, humid, and insects flying in food. The menu was very small on the 3rd day. The lights were dysfunctional, and the bed was uncomfortable for a family of 4.
