Pros: Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was close to the Donald J. Stephens Convention Center, so that was a plus. It was also near many amenities (i.e. restaurants, parks, shopping centers, etc.)
Cons: It was just odd that there was not a fan in the bathroom.

Pros: Great location, clean, updated!! A hidden GEM!! Excellent price!
Cons: Elevators were so slow and then when one arrived the housekeeping entered first! Needs a service elevator!

Pros: More upscale decor than most Hamptons that I've been in. The whole experience rated more than the 2-1/2 star rating that this chain usually nets.
Cons: No.

Pros: Excellent value and room design and spaciousness

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Nicely appointed room; very good about late check in despite being busy (~2am).
Cons: I had to purchase a toothbrush and have the lady and the shop tell the front desk guy (who had sent me to their shop) to give me toothpaste because they were out. A little dissapointing given the price and proximity to the airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, cool decor, good service, good shuttle , if you are ever stuck at Ohare Consider this hotel
4.8 Okay
Pros: Near Outlets?
Cons: 1. No microwave, that’s fine, there is a refrigerator full of stuffs for sale so you can’t use it, open the door, take any thing out longer than 45 secs, it is billed, be aware. 2. Wall as thin as a piece of paper, can hear lots of stuffs, bath room flush, shower, people talking, etc from other rooms. 3. Our room is underneath the laundry room, OMG, washer and dryer roaring for all the day. 4. Parking, $26 daily. Went to there as it was described “luxury”, so disappointed.
9.7 Excellent

0.0 Poor
Pros: Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons: Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel looked great and the parking garage was great for us to leave our vehicle during our trip.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing much
Cons: Pay to park even though it was that far from city, bad bathroom, no complementary breakfast
4.5 Okay
Cons: We got there and we had asked for a room with two beds and they said they didn't have one when we had already made the reservation with two beds. Staff did not do anything to accomadate us. Registration lady was rude and short.

Cons: no
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean, personable and respectful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to lots of restaurants as well as a Target (walking distance if you don't mind hoofing it somewhere). The outside was a little grungy but the inside was quite comfortable and roomy.
Cons: Some of the staff seemed to be a little checked out when we checked in--they were friendly when we addressed them though.
4.0 Okay
Pros: I loved the interior design of the lobby spaces as well as that of the room. The bathroom especially was excellently designed with more than enough space for myself and my companion.
Cons: I didn't appreciate that guests who pay to stay at the hotel also have to pay an exorbitant amount of money a day to simply PARK THE CAR IN THE HOTEL'S PARKING LOT. Also, the hotel housekeeping service was poorly. They didn't clean the bathrooms well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Clean! Comfy beds!
Cons: Parking costs! No hot tub!

Pros: Excellent facilities and extremely nice and helpful staff.
Cons: Parking was a nightmare, and if you could find a space it cost $30 per night. They could also use another set of elevators.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The people were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. As far as location, the train station was a simple walk up the street and took you directly into the center of the city. Dinning was pricey at Gibson's but it was delicious and the service and food was wonderful.
Cons: More reasonably priced dinning areas are quite a distance up the street, which left your options fairly limited if you wanted quick and cheap. And even if you made the walk your options were limited.
7.7 Good
Pros: All in all a great experience. If you're wanting a hotel close to the airport this is great, it's not really close to anything else. Breakfast wasn't included and I think at the price it should have been. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay very much.
5.7 Okay
Cons: Treadmills were not in good shape
7.6 Good
Pros: It was in a fantastic location. We could walk almost anywhere from where we were staying. Spacious room with nice amenities. Surprisingly quiet stay despite the fact it was during the weekend of Chicago Comic Con. And the service was good as well. Overall, a nice, comfortable hotel, but nothing super special.
Cons: As the same with everyone else, parking really takes a toll (pun slightly intended). And I guess, for the price, I expected something just a little nicer. You're mostly paying for the convenient location, which granted, it is. I would stay again but only after exploring other options.
5.3 Okay
Pros: Clean, king bed, rate was okay. Parking was relatively cheap.
Cons: Location was poor for getting anywhere, limited food in the area, Starbucks inside hotel was unpredictably open/closed all weekend apparently at random. Internet was expensive, and I had to pay $12.95 per day per device, so my wife and I had two phones and two iPads, very expensive, so limited connectivity. Parking was only relatively cheap if you didn't use your car all weekend; hardly anything in walking distance, so cab or pay double for parking to take your car anywhere. Location very difficult to access from freeway; you have to drive past restricted exit, get off, turn around, get back on, drive back to hotel exit. We will not stay there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Was warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and great service at the front desk...and enjoyed the warm cookie on my way up to my room. The bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep.
Cons: Wish the parking was free and not confusing when parking. The room was clean, but could be updated with a fresh new look...a little dated.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect to catch a train to Chicago. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Late night food in the lounge was very good.
Cons: Hot tub wasn't even bath water warm and the pool was cold. We found used soap on the bathroom counter when we checked in. We had to pay two days of parking because we went over 24 hours. Since the hotel suggests parking early and taking the train into Chicago, it would have been nice to get some validation for part of the parking time. They told us there would be additional charges if we parked and left for a while then parked again, but no warning about going over 24 hours of continuous parking.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel, staff, and location are great.
Cons: But for the second year in a row on a Saturday night the fire alarms went off in the very early morning evacuating the guests. So in a good hotel we failed to get a good nights sleep.

7.7 Good
Pros: Checkin was quick and room was available but it was 4 pm so should have been. Shuttle was quick to the terminal on way back.
Cons: Had to drop car off at Hertz and Westin shuttle doesn't stop at Rental Car facility. Had to take bus to terminal and wait for Westin shuttle there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My boyfriend and I had a flight out of O'hare early in the morning and were between staying at the Hilton or the Westin, and fortunately the Westin won. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and our driver was very friendly. When we checked in, there was a line and somehow we were still greeted within 30 seconds, to which the front desk was so apologetic about our 'wait' (so polite)! When we asked of things around the area to do, the concierge went above and beyond as to tell us basically everything fun within a 10 mile radius. The staff was extremely friendly!
7.7 Good
Cons: Very long lines in the hotel Starbucks. Add more staff or another coffee shop.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I needed a clean, dog friendly hotel for the night and this hotel was everything I needed. Not many nice dog friendly hotels that don't charge you exorbitant pet fees.
Cons: Its nit-picky, but I left at 5:30 am and there was no coffee service at that hour. If that's my only complaint, its doing pretty well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and convenience to O'Hare meant getting into and out of town was straightforward, especially with good summer weather. The accommodations were excellent and food very good. I did not need to go into downtown Chicago for anything as what I needed was right there at the meeting venue.
Cons: This is no fault of the hotel's, but our meeting organizers could have considered a hotel literally at O'Hare airport to spare any need for shuttle service. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Close to O'Hare, good food in restaurant (but pricey), good conference facilities, clean, comfortable.
Cons: Slow bellhops, watered down cocktails in bar, pair of queen beds is really a pair of full size, humid in rooms, doors stuck
8.0 Excellent
Pros: That it was clean and you have till 3 to check out on Sunday.
Cons: You had to pay to park
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location, van service, room for the price, VERY nice front desk staff
Cons: Noisy neighborhood near airport/flight path
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness. Spacious. Comfortable.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed and great fitness center.
Cons: Unexpected expenses such as parking when there is no other alternative to parking
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great forced overnight option for O'Hare!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great customer service, I like that their airport shuttle is reliable, leaves every 15 min. I absolutely loved the room service!
Cons: Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, I found trash in the carpet. Also the coffee maker in my room wasn't working

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Took my family of 5 here to stay, everything was great
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was nice enough..beds were comfortable but the management staff needs a complete recourse in customer service
Cons: The staff was horrible.. We were booked for two nights three days..our first day in we returned to our room to find that our belongings had been went through an that outr money was missing.. We informed the manger on duty who stated that he was unable to help us or even willing to speak to us on the subject that we would have to call the police..to make a long story short..after a long 24hrs of phone calls to the police ..Marriott corporate and having to deal with another rude an unwilling to help manager the next morning.. It took calling hotels.com before we finally got some justice. Not once did this hotel offer their sympathy or any suggestion as to accommodate us better in the situation. They completely detatched an we just checked out. I strongly suggest that you remove this hotel from your list for the sake of your guest safety and privacy.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is close to my regional office and I stay here about 4-5 times a year. First, the staff is very friendly. I also love the room size and QUIET heating/cooling with a regular thermostat. I don't like the units that are built in to the wall and noisy. You stil have three fan settings on the thermostat so you can turn it up if you need some white noise. The continental breakfast isn't outstanding. But, it is a notch above most.
Cons: Parking is free. But often the lot is quite full and the only available spots are in the far end of the lot in an overflow area. However, this is a minor complaint. It's still a minute walk to the front door.
9.7 Excellent

4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Dated, rooms not very clean, room doors are glass with curtains (not very practical), interior of rooms beat up, dated, and in need of serious renovation. Not typical of other Embassy Suits I've stayed in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stuck in Chicago due to missed flight. Family of 6. Priced hiring a car to make the 3 hour drive home but was quoted twice as much as the room rental. We stayed overnight, caught the morning flight and are glad we chose to stay. I can't stand most included breakfasts at hotels. I hate institution eggs and microwaved bacon. Refreshing to have omelets made to order. Good selection of extras like French toast (made on the griddle) sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. Room was excellent too.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location for shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated and staff are not as friendly as I'm accustomed to when staying at Hilton Honors properties. Elevators are slow, so wait time can be longer than expected.
4.8 Okay
Pros: We liked the location being close to the convention center.
Cons: The whole building was vastly under staffed. We could see the frustration in the eyes of the existing staff. Management was overwhelmed and appeared not to have proper training or experience. The elevators were not all operating and it took far too much time to get from the top floor to the lobby. The breakfast was cold and under cooked. On the last day of our stay the D.E.A. made a bust and was running around with guns drawn, while looking for someone. This made the reason for hearing people knocking on the door in the next room all night clear. I will be staying at the Hilton next year.

Cons: only good thing was it closeness to Arena
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located by O'Hare and the staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The building and facilities are a bit dated, but nothing that would prevent me from returning. It had everything I could ask for along with convenient airport shuttle. Nice bar and restaurant too.
Cons: I can't really nitpick anything of consequence. The rate was not very low, but I did book this last minute due to flight cancellation.
6.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean. It looked clean. It smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. I would stay here again.
Cons: My room was in need of a better update. The room looked very modern but had a lot of qwerks. The room had 2 TVs but only one of them worked. We did not complain but notified the staff and they were going to fix it. The toilet tank cover was not correct for the toilet. At the corners I could see into the tank. The room was separated into 2 rooms by a door with a bathroom in the middle. The bathroom door had to be closed in order to get from the bed room to the sitting room. The overall hotel had very modern finishes but some of them were poorly executed. For example the wallpaper was very trendy but sometimes the pattern was lined up and sometimes it wasn't. Overall the staff was great and the room was clean and compfortable. If you need a quick overnight stay, this place is great.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: They refused to refund my money which I have not checked inn I cancelled my booking an hour later after I booked.

Cons: Charge for internet service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was great. The only flawl was that the toilet was stopped up, and was slow and quircky even though they sent a maintenence. man to try to fix it. Since we were only there one night it was no big deal.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: great bedding and towels i loved the shower
Cons: worst experience for shuttle!!! i called at 1111 pm shuttle was 7 min wait, called again at 1130 said 10 min more, called third time at 1150 and driver claimed stuck in traffic at T3!!!! i dont buy it, he showed up at 12!!! 50 minutes after i called!!! supposedly shuttle runs every 30 minutes..... terrible and no offer to compensate from the desk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very comfy and conveniently located near the airport
9.4 Excellent
Pros: My flight was delayed so I booked the Holidays Inn to stay in Chicago for one night, and luckily, they did have availability. The room was bigger than my expectation. It has two beds in two separate rooms, which was very spacious. The facility was complete, and the staff at the front desk was friendly to me as well. It was an enjoyable experience to me overall compared to the horrible flight back to Detroit.
Cons: The only thing that bothered me was that the cleaning needed improving because I was bitten by something in the thigh when I woke up, and I also discovered one tuft of long hair on the surface of my pants, clearly, I was staying alone in the hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: From the get go my wife and I didn’t feel very welcomed for a company in the hospitality business. We called from the airport for information about the shuttle after a long day of travel. The gentleman on the phone didn’t seem to interested to work with us. He just kind of told us the can’t do something. Didn’t seem interested in making an effort to make us feel welcome. When we got there they just seemed like bored high school kids and that explained why they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me. Finally at the end was when we felt welcomed, the shuttle driver taking us back to the airport was very friendly and giving great advice and suggestions about our visit to Chicago. At the end is when I felt welcomed.
Cons: See above
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: not much at all
Cons: have to pay for parking my car in the parking lot have to pay for a cuppa coffee in the hallway The staff was very rude The room has a smell to it too far away from everything I would not recommend the location to anybody

Cons: Nothing!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room
Cons: No free wi-fi
8.0 Excellent
Cons: No microwave or mini fridge in the room and room service was a little pricey. Bathroom wasn't as nice as I expected
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities and staff were very nice. The restaurant and bar staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good location.
Cons: We booked a king bed but during check in was told the website I used is whatever is available. Wasn't happy about that. They did switch us the second night when one became available for the rest of our stay. The website thru Kayak was GetaRoom that booked the room. So I suggest to confirm your type of room before you stay if you go thru that website.
5.7 Okay
Cons: There was no warm blanket on the bed. It felt like there were 5 sheets stacked together but no warmth. Room by the elevator was noisy. Not handicapped and was put in handicapped room which was kinda annoying.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were really big, great staff, clean hotel
8.6 Excellent
Pros: The young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She was extremely pleasant and helped me out immensely. I can't remember her name exactly, but I believe it started with a K.
Cons: The service at the hotel bar. I stopped in twice over the weekend and could barely get the bartender or server's attention long enough to place an order or even pay the check! They were both eastern European.

Pros: Location was good for an early morning flight
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room design and comfort. Bar/lobby area. Gym and pool
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very unique, clean, and great price for a night
Cons: Outrageous parking fee, cleanliness of pool table
6.5 Good
Pros: The design and architecture of hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the beds are highly comfortable
Cons: Staff was not hospitable and seemed annoyed to help or make suggestions to local venues. Talked to three different hotel receptionists and none of them left me wanting to return.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: They charge for parking???? That's ridiculous
9.1 Excellent
Cons: Parking is a bit difficult, having to validate parking everyday ia a pain but the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The pool close down when we got there but got free cancellation without penalty which was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. At least two very good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons: Difficult to find, even with GPS, because of blocked off roads. Confusing parking structure available across the street. On-site parking was limited, but fairly priced.
7.4 Good
Pros: 106 dollar for a clean room
Cons: 33 dollar parking fee makes the hotel fee an expensive stay. Just another way to charge more especially if the car stayed on the aloft property. BS really
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for shopping and dining. Out of towners: you are not downtown Chicago at this hotel. The train is within walking distance. Beds were very comfy and towels were great.
Cons: Room was not super clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free coffee
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Modern look and feel throughout, in public areas as well as guest room. Plenty of space in common areas to sit, work, read, etc. Room may not be the best for getting work done but was good for sleeping. Rates when I was there were competitive compared to other airport hotels and much less expensive than downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Minor complaints: Not as close to the Blue Line as advertised (although the shuttle will take you there). Entrance is hard to find by car/taxi, but once you've done it it's easy enough to remember. O'Hare is a busy airport so planes are flying overhead all day and night - otherwise fairly quiet. Mediocre coffee.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons: Upon arrival I was told parking is not included in your reservation, there’s an additional $25 charge per day for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I stayed one night and parked for eight days while went out of town. Great, knowledgable staff, wel-maintained property and prompt shuttle to O'Hare made this an easy, comfortable, trouble-free solution for a week out of town. Highly recommend the hotel and especially the Par n Fly option.
Cons: N/A
6.2 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. The shuttle was available 24/7.
Cons: Breakfast was not included. The hotel falsely advertised that. The Starbucks coffee in the hotel was awful and way below par. Oddly, using the elevator required walking up steps or a ramp to that level. No handicap access to the elevator was available here. The hallway carpets were old and very worn. The bathroom sink filled up with water while it drained very slowly. The phone did not work and was replaced by maintenance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport with fast shuttle.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to all kinds of entertainment including a bowling alley, the Chicago outlet, a movie theater, several restaurants and bars.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable rooms
4.0 Okay
Pros: While we were there.... the pool was "out of order" .we were told we could go across the street to use neighbor hotels pool..... not real convieniet on Dec 23. ..... ice maker did not work on 4th floor, Wi-if did not function .... rooms were clean , but otherwise disappointing
6.0 Good
Pros: Shuttle was timely.
Cons: Room 235, among others, is next to the pool/gym and reeks of chlorine. Falling asleep and waking up to the intense chlorine smell for consecutive days nauseated me. Request an upper-floor room.
7.7 Good
Pros: Good location and price.
Cons: Parking wasn't great and check-in was slow.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable, the soaps are made with oils, towels were plentiful and clean, plenty of shuttle buses to the motel.
Cons: One of the sinks were clogged, one coffee maker didn't work, one time smelled of urine, they don't tell you about the reservation hold they place on your card or the $50/room incidental fee.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beds comfortable, room clean, lots of towels, friendly staff
Cons: Quite a way to the restaurants and bars you have to walk through the parking garage so don't wear heels or walk alone. They don't offer a free breakfast with the amount you pay for a room you should get one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed one night, parked for 6. Flew out of town and this plan allowed us to drive to the airport in our own car (saved us over $150 - we live in Indiana). And we stayed near the airport, were able to sleep in a bit, and caught our flight with much less hassle. We will pick up our car after we land and drive home. The hotel itself and the staff are top-rate, everything was solid.
Cons: 6 days parking for one night’s stay, hotel and staff were all great. Only drawback is breakfast not included.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Needed a little bit of TLC there wasn't a lot of trash but there where some trash in between the bushes and the stones.
Cons: Pool area could use some shade get some umbrellas to be able to enjoy a bit of the pool
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really great. We had never been in the area so they gave us great suggestions and were sweet even with all the questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. It's real close to the airport and they have constant shuttles going and they are more than willing to make sure you get a Taxi if the shuttle is full.
Cons: Not really much horrible things to say.
6.3 Good
Pros: The lobby, staff, and Bar/Restaurant were great. Decent cable selection.
Cons: The bed was a simple mattress that was pretty well worn out. The sheets pulled off easily while sleeping. The room it self was a bit dated.
7.7 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel room, friendly reception and good facilities. Free shuttle from airport helped us until we secured our rental car the next day.
Cons: Bed was too firm for my liking. Shuttle driver was grumpy. Didn't realize we had to pay for breakfast so I was surprised at the $40 bill for 3 people.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I was grateful for the shuttle service back and forth to the Stephens Convention Center - a real plus! I hope you will add frequent stops to the Fashion Outlets!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception was great Samantha was excellent
Cons: Nothing
7.7 Good
Pros: Parking included
Cons: Hot in hallways
4.0 Okay
Cons: We booked using hotels.com for a room with two double beds and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. Upon arriving we were told this type of room did not exist at the hotel. We were given a two double bed accommodation with no separate seating area, no sofa, and no rollaway bed. I advise to never book at hotels.com since the "best they could do" was give only a partial refund even though they were in the wrong for offering a nonexistent room choice and the room rate for what we were given would have been way less.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hotel was not clean my room was very dirty and dusty and out dated. The carpet had a Oder we found food in the hall way. It look like there was illegal activity going on. I will never stay at this hotel again also very poorly managed. I only stayed at this hotel for 7hr. I complain for 1hr and slept for 6hr then I checkout.

4.5 Okay
Pros: Bed bugs. And I told them and they never called me back. We couldn't sleep from itching
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable, and the amenities in the room are perfect for an overnight stay for a weary traveler just coming in to O'Hare from a long trip.
Cons: It might be helpful to have more than one shuttle van to go to and from the airport. The 7:30AM shuttle bus filled up before the 7:30AM departure time, so I had to wait wait for the 8:00AM van, which was a little bit late, and I didn't end up leaving the hotel until 8:15AM, which is the time I was supposed to catch a bus to go on for further travel. Perhaps at peak times if there were more than one van or some sort of sign up the evening before to get a sense of how many people need to use the shuttle, it would allow guests to take the shuttle they need to arrive (as close as possible) to the connections they need at O'Hare.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom and bed comfortable
Cons: The waiting time for transfer was too long 28 minutes
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It has an old Chicago cool feel. Unexpectedly . Close to decent food and casino. Clean. Staff is well trained and friendly.
Cons: I didn’t notice the hotel shops on checkin so I bought 3.00 waters from the vending machine s all week and they were half price at the store. My fault. It was my sons 21st birthday so rehydration was paramount . It got exspensive. Wow, still hung over. Thanks Chicago!

2.8 Mediocre
Pros: My room was nice once I got into it.
Cons: BUILDING: When I arrived, I literally thought the hotel had shut down because the property and building looked like a mangled construction site. I found the entrance and attempted to check in. CHECK IN DISASTER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE: I gave the girl my name and she laughed at me and told me I was in the wrong hotel. I confirmed the hotel name and showed her my confirmation email. She gave me a confused look and said that I didn't have a reservation because I must've booked last minute... I booked two weeks beforehand. She then told me that she would just run my card and book me a new room- but I had already paid!!!! Then she told me to print out my confirmation email from their computer, but both browsers were so old, it wouldn't pull up my email account. After going back and forth, she had me send my confirmation email to her personal email because the company email wasn't working. She NEVER apologized for the inconvenience. Finally, she gave me a room key, but didn't give me any sort of directions to my room (so I thought it must've been an easy room to find). Wrong. They had a sign that blocked the hallway saying that this part of the hotel was closed. My room was down that hallway. Construction everywhere. Smelled awful. I ended up walking around for a bit in the creepiest looking hotel (think murder movie style with construction and plastic sheets hanging over certain hallways), then just ignored the sign and walked behind it to get to the room. BREAKFAST: I woke up the next morning, checked out, and walked to the attached restaurant for the complimentary breakfast that comes with the room. I got there and the greeter accused me of stealing breakfast (terrible, stale food) because I didn't have a room key. Awesome.

5.1 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Could not get the room warm and no extra blankets. Hilton needs to replace the windows
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Gaslight Club! The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and most of the staff was customer service oriented.
Cons: There were not enough people at registration, so there was a long wait to check-in. There was one woman who just stood by one of the other agents and then went to the far right and stood by another agent and just walked away when I asked her for help. It was very distressing, as I had a dinner date waiting.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean, comfortable, quiet.
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient to airport
Cons: It's so big you feel like you're in an airport walking the mile to your room. It's also really expensive for a single night convenience stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking access to ORD and CTA
6.5 Good
Cons: Stopped by the bar for a light dinner. The tables were not clean and the server was overwhelmed. I waited twenty minutes for her to acknowledge me and at least ten more minutes for her to clean the table. I was meeting someone at that location otherwise I would have left. When we received our food it was less than good. I had to ask three times for our bill!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: my bellman was fantastic. he took me up to my room and made sure everything worked before leaving.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Parking
7.7 Good
Pros: The place was comfortable and easy to get to.
Cons: Flight was cancelled so I tried to get a room. Staff quoted me $350 for a night. I told them their online listing was $100 less, showing them on the Kayak app. They instructed me to step out of line and "book it if you think you can get a room", which I did.
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: My husband went to make coffee in the room when he got water from the sink it was a milky white color. We tried a couple more times to see if it was a fluke, it was not. When we called down to the desk she said she would send maintenance, it was 12:30 am and we had just gotten in on a flight so we just asked for a bottle of water. We were told that it would cost $4 for one when it was their water that was not clean. Worst customer service we have ever had at a Hilton.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We had booked this reservation in advance because we were scheduled for a very long overnight layover in Chicago. Our flight to Chicago was cancelled because of weather, as were many others that night, and we were rerouted but the airport would not cancel our reservation, charging us for a room that we had no way of using. We would have thought that a hotel inside an airport would have been more understanding, particularly since I'm sure they filled our room with stranded passengers, but they wouldn't even begin to discuss the issue when we called that night. We were severely disapointed
7.7 Good
Pros: Location, Location, Location. This is the biggest selling point and the convenience to Terminal 3 is outstanding!
Cons: Beds are a bit stiff and dated. Not very comfortable.
