Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location, proximity to local attractions, and easy access to restaurants and shops. Many highlighted the friendly and accommodating staff, noting their helpfulness during check-in and throughout the stay. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests describing rooms as tidy and well-maintained, though a few mentioned issues in older or less maintained rooms. The hotel was considered good value for money, especially for its location and overall experience. However, some guests expressed disappointment with the lack of certain amenities, such as a restaurant or reliable hot water, and noted that some facilities could use better maintenance.
