Cons: They didn’t send the hotel any notification of my prepaid reservation until I contacted them at check in when the hotel advised me that my reservation wasn’t in their system and since the hotel had since been sold out I had to find another hotel to accommodate my stay at 1:30 am. I will not be booking anything else with Kayak after this experience.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: When I first pulled up and they didn't have a let I was a little worried about my choice of hotel, but once inside I realized this was an amazing hotel. The room was incredible, the shower was to die for, the facilities were relaxing and classy. There wasn't one detail that went unnoticed by the staff/hotel. It's the only hotel I want to stay in when I'm in Miami from now on!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were big and well laid out, bright, and had everything I needed.
Cons: The staff melted down when a plane was grounded. Over-run and not prepared.

Cons: Exelent servise, location, ambien
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was mostly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The lobby is among the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen in a hotel The rooms are clean and spacious Love the pool and jaqcuzzi. The man made beach was a nice touch
Cons: You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff, great view, very clean, i mean they clean the rooms twice a day, the staff is the best part of this hotel. Will stay there 100000 more times.
Cons: The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Door staff and reception were very competent.
7.7 Good
Pros: The room service breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The Peruvian restaurant was good but not outstanding.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location for me is really great. I am a Diamond with Hilton for many years and have stayed at many of their properties. This is not your typical Hampton Inn at all!!! This is easily the most beautiful and well designed Hampton Inn I have ever been to. Almost every Hampton Inn looks alike and those of you who travel a lot know exactly what I mean. This one is totally different in look, feeling and design and has a staff more like you experience in a regular full-priced Hilton. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are in the area and for me, this is my go-to hotel for my frequent Miami business trips.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Terrible service of front desk staff and mechanician to fix the equipment and receive customer who had phisycally difficulty in bad atmosphere of the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel had a surprising nice lobby and pool that made me wish I had built in time for lounging poolside and enjoying a cocktail. The free cocktail ticket received at check-in was a nice perk not offered by most hotels. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - no noisy maids or slamming doors in the hallways. The location is great - very accessible for Brickell business environment. 25 minute mid-day taxi ride to/from the airport.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was great, the amenities, the comfort of the furniture and bed as well as the bathroom was impeccable! Although, city view faced another building, standing at the window allowed you to catch a decent enough outlook.
Cons: My only negative comment is that in-room dining was delayed over an hour and I had to cancel my order. Although I understand it was Mother's Day weekend, I feel they could have been adequately prepared.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The audio video, automation and other technology.
Cons: Number of available staff was lacking. There was no turn down service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great experience at the Beaux Arts. The room, staff, pool, and other facilities were excellent. We paid a little extra for a room with a view and it was well worth it. The hotel has hip/modern ambiance, but they were very nice to our toddler.
Cons: No, everything was great. Definitely accept the room orientation when you check in though (we initially declined). The room is loaded with high-end electronics that are easy to use after a brief overview.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was my favorite part of the hotel. It definitely makes you feel like you are a celebrity. I love the staff as well, very nice and wonderful customer service.
Cons: Nothing at all
Trump National Doral Miami - Doral - Building
7
9.0 Excellent (3,787 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Since the 1960s, the Trump National Doral Miami hotel has been offering guests the Trump standard of excellence. The resort includes four courses including the legendary golf course called the Blue Monster. The 800-acre resort also includes accommodations in a villa-style, a luxurious spa, and Har-Tru tennis courts. The sparkling Royal Palm swimming pool is surrounded by private cabanas and has a 125-foot water slide. There are 643 guest rooms and suites full of luxury amenities. The rooms are decorated in a very chic Spanish revival style with mahogany woods, gold-leaf, and elegant neutrals. The suites have marble tiles in the bathrooms and balconies with picturesque views of the golf courses or the verdant gardens. Located just 8 miles from the Miami International Airport, the Trump National Doral Miami hotel puts guests in the midst of all the fun the city has to offer. Guests will not be too far from all the nightlife and parties going on at South Beach. Plus, there are plenty of tropical parks and historic areas like Coral Gables. There is a shuttle that can take guests out for a beach day. Plus, the concierge can help guests book an airboat ride in the Everglades. The city is full of exclusive boutiques full of luxury designs, and there is a large outlet mall for even more shopping. The city is also home to lots of art festivals and other outdoor events throughout the year. Guests can book complimentary transportation to any of the attractions within a 5-mile radius.
5.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was well-trained, resposive, and vocally sorry about the situation that all the guests were facing, and even apologized for the weather. The staff went out of their way to try to make up for everything that was wrong.
Cons: Simply put: the resort should not be open until they have finished the renovations. It's like staying in a Motel 6 at a 24hr construction site, but with superb staff and quite good food. There is limited accessibility by foot to any part of the resort. Walking anywhere requires traversing expansive muddy gravel areas, balancing on tippy plywood ramps where no curbs exist, stepping over hoses, electrical cords, and around huge generators, and going as quuickly as possible by what can only be an open sewer pipe near the new pool construction. There is one, possily two, restaurants open that have the same menu as room service. A salad, entree, and glass of wine came to $70. Other non-resort restaurants are accessiblie only by cab (I might have been able to walk if not for the puring rain). If you choose not to gamnble on walking, you must call ahead for a golf-cart transport, which will arrive in 10-15 mins and take you to your destination. A tip is expected by the driver. During my stay, it rained constantly so I never was able to see a vista, the golf course, or anything resembling the images on the resort's website. The pathways that were usable were puddled with water and one had a recurring area of sudsy liquid on it...? Again, they should not be open, but if they choose to be, they should NOT be charging full price for guest rooms. I was staying in a supposedly-renovated bungalow, but the elevator clearly was in recent use by constructoin workers, there were several muddy boot prints in my bathtub upon arrival., the sliding door to the patio did not fully lock, and the sliding closet doors were not functional because of the position of the room safe in the closet. 'Nuff said.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Too short of a visit!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: No request went without a quick and thorough response. It isn't cheap, but the service and facilities can't be beat anywhere else in Florida.
Cons: A bit too pricey for our regular travels, but great for a once in a while treat.

Pros: Location. Fitness center.
Cons: Room was dark plus the vanity lights in the bathroom stopped working while we were there.

Pros: Very modern facilities
Cons: I arrive at 9:00am and they charged me an entire extra day to give me the room before 3:00 pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location, amenities, comfort, balcony, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: language barrier
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very central and is located in brickell city center. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it was gorgeous. The food from room service was delicious.
Cons: The customer services from the staff was 50/50. Some staff were very warm and helpful and other staff answer the phone “hello yeh”. There was an issue with the auto lights in the room and engineering was called several times. We were traveling with a 2 year old so the lights turning on and off after 10pm weren’t ideal. When it was brought to the front desks attention the next morning no apologies were made and I was given the impression they didn’t care.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and room were good. The shower has no water pressure. If they fix this I'll give them 5 stars

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great location that is close to everything. Chic hotel
Cons: They made us wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a room even when we arrived after the checkout time. And they probably put us in the worst room of the hotel after all that trouble.
7.4 Good
Cons: The hotel room was nice and staff was courteous. However the food was terrible. Breakfast was expensive and disgusting.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: We were the first guest to stay in our room, hotel was brand new, that was a cool point. Love the feel and atmosphere. We are in our mid twenties, excuse me, late twenties lol. we rented for the night, for a staycation, we are parents needed a break, and the Atton was great.
Cons: I think the pool could of been a bit better, it's a small infinity pool with a nice view, has a bar and seating area, it's family friendly, but i can see how awkward it would be if it was full of adults relaxing and kids running around screaming. I wouldn't bring my kids here for a family stay. Just me and my husband, definitely. I'd rent here again.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Very clean, excellent location, overall I could say I made a great choice
Cons: HIDDEN FEES AT CHECK OUT... The hotel was at a great price.. But during checkout they add all these fees nobody told you and you have to pay them... I paid like 35 dollars in fees for ONE night... If you are spending more nights, just multiply the fees. One fee is valet parking (they don't give you a parking space) so you have to leave your car in valet. The other fee is "amenities use" COME ON!! This fee was the one that I feel was not right... First of all, I DID NOT use ANY of the amenities, it was a one night stay. The should include this in the price... So the thing is that for 35 bucks a night additional to what they advertised, I could have gotten a MUCH better hotel. Hope this review helps...
6.2 Good
Pros: Apartment was spacious, housekeeping did decent job of cleaning even though we had to call once or twice for extra towels. Location was great, downtown/ Brickell area with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Nice kitchen. Nice balcony. The staff was responsive when we needed them.
Cons: The beds were terrible, I slept in the bed a couple nights then slept on the couch the rest of the stay. Beds had no cushion just felt like sleeping on springs half the time. The couch was more comfortable. No way i could have slept the whole week on the bed without having back issues. Had to pay for parking $25/day and they tried to charge for a week even though we returned the rental car the day after we got there. They did take it off the bill though.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location was great, the staff was nice, the room was wonderful everything we needed was there. The restaurant/bar was great. Best drinks we had in miami..
Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the blinds in front of the balcony was broken we called and the young lady politely apologized and said she would send someone right up.. we left the building and notified guest services that it was ok for them to go inside the room to fix the blinds. We returned thinking we can watch the sunset but the blinds waa still broken. Called back to front desk and same as b4 a great apologies but no one came we ate took a a shower and still noone. Called again and they said the ppl to fix it had gone for today. Never fixed it

Pros: Rooms are spacious and beautifully done--esp. the bathroom. Huge TV. I like the location for downtown - great for walking.
Cons: Lobby sparce, chaotic and unwelcoming. Valet was told it would be 20 min., but it was not that long. Event was happening , so lots of arrivals and tight spot to get a lot of cars coming and going.
