This hotel was very clean, modern and nice. The inside and out were both well lit. The hotel was close to the main part of Branson if you wanted in on the action. Their breakfast choices were great and the food was good.
The ONLY thing we didn't like was the mattresses. They felt very worn and we didn't get a good nights sleep either night. If they would upgrade them to something more comfortable, this hotel would be amazing. It wasn't horrible, but not great either. This hotel would be a 10 in every way if the mattresses weren't uncomfortable. The décor in both the lobby & room were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, one of our best hotel experiences in a long time.
Very clean. Everyone was very kind.
Breakfast was good, but the strawberry kiwi juice tasted like caugh medicine. Other than that, everything was great. This is an older hotel that was recently renovated. It's very nice inside, but the layout is typical of an older hotel. Everything was very clean, fresh, and we had a wonderful visit. Also, the entire hotel is per and smoke free. This was a plus for us because we have family members who have allergies and asthma.
The whole hotel was newly renovated. The linens were nice and the room was very clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast good
There was a slight smell in the common areas. It was some sort of cleaning fluid smell which I guess is usually a good thing but I am very sensitive to smells. Our stay was short but very good. The location is fabulous for shopping and central to everything in Branson especially if you know all the back ways around. The rooms were nice and reasonable in size. My husband was able to hook up a DVD player to the big tv, so out kids could watch movies while my mom and I went shopping. This hotel should be rated much higher than 1 star and is a GREAT DEAL.
Close to shopping center
Paid for hotel on priceline.com & once I got to the hotel I had to give my debit card- hotel rep ran it twice said it was declined so I gave my husband's card. Just checked my bank statement. My card was charged twice and my husbands card was charged.
The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean and the breakfast was really good. This is a great hotel in a great location, overlooking the Tanger outlet mall. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are just as nice as they appear in the pictures, and the free breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. Overall, I think it's a great place to stay while enjoying a visit to Branson.
This hotel was recently remodeled and truly does live up to the photos. It was clean and comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The breakfast really god & much more than what I expected. We would definitely stay again. A great value!Excellent value. Clean, nice rooms & large breakfast. A great value!
Tonya/Lisa were both very helpful and enjoyed dealing with them both. The hotel smelled wonderful and it was clean! The beds were in great shape. I was pleasantly surprised. Right in the middle of the action and close to shopping. The hotel was remodeled and very clean. The pleasant smell due to warmers and our room even smelled good.
The was nice, clean and a short distance from all the attraction! I would stay here again I don't understand why it's rated a 1 star on Priceline but it deserve a better rating!
