Pros: The location downtown Fort Worth so we could attend Main Street Arts Festival and have easy access to our room.

Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and efficient
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I had a screaming headache one of the nights at around midnight, the staff offered to open the small store when I asked if there was anywhere in the area to get some advil. Everyone we encountered was nice, and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast though great was pricey if you are not a big eater. Also, I did not know parking was additional.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I arrived to hotel at 10pm my room was prepaid but they gave it away they sent me clear down the other end of the city I was looking forward to being right there in middle of sundance square to comf walk to various places. They paid for all accommodations but it still was not what I had set up to do.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I am a native of Fort Worth and was in town for one night. This hotel is awful. I stay in hotels more than 100 nights per year. The hotel promised a king bed and had none. The insolent woman at the counter did not care. I placed the breakfast menu on the door and no one collected it. This pretentious hotel was once a destination. It is now poorly managed with an insulting staff. Ed Bass deserved better as a centerpiece of Sundance. I will never stay there again and warn others.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Service was great and attentive. Everyone was very helpful.
Cons: The bed is hard as a rock. Walls are thin. Room decor is dated.
7.1 Good
Pros: N/a
Cons: The hotel would’ve been fine, had there been a pool. Google images of the hotel showed a sprawling rooftop pool lined with chairs, but what was there, was a tiny indoor pool suited more for water aerobics or rehabilitation.

Pros: Clean and easy to check in. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Unable to use military discount when booking through Kayak.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We decided on this hotel based on proximity to the zoo and the kids' pool for our stay-cation. It definitely did not disappoint! My kids couldn't get enough of the pool, which was great because it had a really shallow part for our little one and the deepest part was only 4 feet. Breakfast was cheap and really good. Service was so friendly - and that's everyone there, from room service to the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, even the maintenance guy was an absolute pleasure! Free parking is awesome. Besides being close to the zoo, there is also wonderful playground nearby. All in all it was a great spot for the family and would definitely recommend!
Cons: Nothing!

8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very cute place that was exactly like the pictures. Extra pillow and sheets were in a bag on top of the closet. Kitchenette had dishes, silverware, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups and all nice not cheap or dirty. Very adorable room and hotel overall. Gym is kind of small but it has all the important or major things. Tiny "theatre" is pretty cute. convenience store in the hotel is adorable and convenient
Cons: It doesn't have a view. It's in between a high way and busy roads. However, it is convenient because there are places to eat, places to go grocery shopping, even a home depot. Bring a movie, there are only a few channels. "Business cable" Staff was awkward but did their job.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: They worked with us to help fix an issue with another hotel that gave our reservation away. Very nice and very helpful.
Cons: The room had dirty towels, a dirty sock, a mouth retainer on floor, the carpet was not vacuumed and dust on top surfaces. HOWEVER, this was a room we got by chance because of another hotel giving our room away. So understandable with circumstance. Will judge my next stay.

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff great to work with. With our busy schedule, we did not spend much time there; however our room was well appointed and very comfortable.
Cons: The walls were a bit thin, but a small fan in the room provided sufficient white noise. Parking was a challenge because of a conference while we were there, but the staff was fantastic about finding us a place to park!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed two nights in this hotel and I have to say the staff and the Manager were very polite and helpful. In a bind to complete a contract on time and needing to scan a document to email out, she went out of her way to help me get this scanned using their office scanner.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel, it was very nice and clean. The only complaint was we were on the same floor as a large group of really loud teenagers one night, and then right next door to a family whose children were screaming really early in the morning the next. I know that can't always be helped from the hotel's stand point, but it would have been nice to be on a quieter floor since we do not have children. Other than that, we had a great experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely clean, full free breakfast, comfortable big beds, plenty of outlets, fitness center really nice, pool stays open til midnight. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

History lovers pack their bags once they hear about this location. The historic Hilton Fort Worth, once known as Hotel Texas, is a legendary destination, memorialized as the location of 35th President John F Kennedy’s final address on the morning of November 22, 1963. The elegant Texas landmark is situated in downtown Fort Worth, near significant cultural and historical attractions, including Sundance Square, The Fort Worth Cultural District, and the notable Stockyards Rodeo. Many art galleries and museums, thriving entertainment scenes, and delicious restaurants are all within walking distance of the hotel. The Fort Worth Water Gardens, Fort Worth Zoo, Museum of Science and History, and the Botanical Garden are also just a few minutes away. Hilton Fort Worth offers plenty of amenities and extras for guests. An on-site business center and 25,000 square feet of space, including the room where JFK shared his final speech, draw business travelers, while a fitness room, pantry market, snack shop, and on-site dining draw other guests. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, accommodations at Hilton Fort Worth provide a place to unwind or to catch up on work in an elegant setting. Offering a variety of guestrooms, suites, and amenities, the hotel ensures all needs of every guest is met. Rooms are divided into guestrooms, luxurious suites, and executive rooms. Each room comes with thoughtfully-appointment amenities and necessities. While travelers may not be able to sleep in the same room as the Kennedys on the eve of that fateful morning in American history, they can still stay at JFK Presidential Suite 1530 featuring 2,200 square feet dedicated to JFK’s legacy.

Pros: The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast seemed overpriced.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: stayed in 521. rooms show their use and age. large TV in front of dresser mirror; mirror is now useless - get rid of it. bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out - doesn't drain easily. hotel shuttle doesn't take you to cultural district or stockyard area - not very useful. cleaners and rest of staff are friendly. could use a concierge who can give knowledgeable suggestions for restaurants - a handout sheet doesn't quite cut it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect for date night! Sun dance square is next door!
5.6 Okay
Pros: Right next to convention center
Cons: Rooms are sorely in need of renovation. There was a notice in the room saying they were in the process of updating, but I the price paid was not worth what I got considering the age of the room.
