We were confirmed for a rental at the Branson Enterprise location but when we called them concerning their location they told us they no cars to rent until Saturday. We had to cancel and make other plans.

I called them three times and they told me that the vehicle was not ready but it would be available later that afternoon it's been one week and I've never received a call from Enterprise after multiple multiple calls saying the car was ready. I'm staying at Shenanigans Campground and they've told me that Enterprise could care less if you ever rent car from them they're not responses and they're lazy and that I am not the first person who's complained about their service in Branson MissouriThe fact that they're totally disinterested and whether they rent your car or not. I went to Avis and rented a car within 15 minutes. I will never ever call Enterprise again. I call them the night before I needed a car and they said there would be one ready the next day I called the next day and every day since then and I said it's been a week as of yesterday still no call back with the car they had my credit card number everything they needed and yet no one bothered to even call me and say yes there's a car available or no there's not car available for the entire week. That is horrible horrible horrible service

They gave me a hard time about my card being a debit/credit card.I've received better service from enterprise before. They told me they were locally owned, which explains A LOT that whole town is very RACIST.They made me run a $200 deposit on my card in addition to the rental fee, they said they would refund it after I returned the car. They repeatedly tried to force me to purchase additional insurance from enterprise for the rental. I told them I had already paid for it and even showed them the email I received to show them proof. I've never had this problem with enterprise in any other state.

Received a call from Enterprise and realized that I must have mistakenly made the reservation for pickup in Branson when I was arriving in Springfield (almost an hour away). The reservation was changed although the rate was a bit more when pickup was at the airport. Lucky for me. Person on the phone and staff were friendly.The car was fine but a bit of trash was left in the vehicle and the exterior could have used a better wash job. Disappointed/surprised that the pickup counter had run out of maps.
