The breakfast buffet and room service are really convenient. Gym equipment could use regular maintenance, more dumbbells, or a combination set like Bowflex in the gym, and the mini-bar was not filled daily.

Bed is very comfortable.My room is not facing the street, therefore very quiet. Decoration is boring, but sufficient for a short stay. No shop, neither restaurant nearby.

Nice staff, Nice rooms, very good restaurant and good breakfast Location not to close to the centre, not to close to the airport...but laso pretty good connected, anyway.

Great hotel. Good staf. Only problem I had was wi-fi in my bedroom but I realised later that it was a problem with my laptop and not with the hotel. My mistake :).

Very confortable, very clean, spacious bedrooms, great breakfast, good bar and outside terrasse, good location A bit noisy depending on the room location (mine was a bit) with the amount of traffic on the hunedoara street

A brand-new, clean and comfortable hotel not far away from the downtown. Kind personnel ready to serve you at any time of the day. Reasonable price. Good breakfast.

The hotel was a very good choice in any regards. Nice & dedicated staff, comfortable & well designed rooms, delicious food & wines.... Just the location was not very convenient for business travellers, as travelling alone and after work maybe want to walk a few steps to do shopping or sightseeing etc.....

I like the look of hotel and room itself. I like that is not overcrowded, and good value for money. Even there where some problems, at the end they were trying to find solution. problem with cleaning mine suite - late for more than 1 hour.. reception did not call that they have problem.. I have to find out myself. Receptionist have problem with dinersclub card - he did not know how it works at all.

1.The stuff service was good and friendly. 2. Providing a promt and effective response to a problem. 3.Good standard of international food. 1.Irritating loud music at night coming from somewhere , not located. Perhaps it was an exception the night I was there, but in any case it should be resolved. 2. I also recommend that a mini fridge is installed in the room, even though the room service is good.
