Pros: Breakfast was outstanding - this was the only Bed and Breakfast in our ten day stay in Ireland that had smoked salmon just the perfect consistency (not like lox - too mushy, but smoked more cooked and tender!). Brid and Tom were welcoming and friendly - very helpful suggesting a more relaxing drive on country roads to our destination. The rooms were large and well furnished. We loved the location and walked to the Abbey and Rock of Cashel from the B&B.

Pros: Pierce was a gratuitous and personable host (we didn’t meet his wife). Nice to stay in accommodations with more traditional furnishings vs typical hotel. Location was about 20 min from Cashel and thought would be closer and didn’t want to drive at night back to town after visiting Rock of Cashel earlier. But worked out as Pierce suggested Horse and Jockey within a few miles and was great and the B&B was closer to Dublin which was our next stop and easy access to easy toll road.

But we did struggle a bit and walking back and forth in the little town to find a restaurant that opens in the evening... but if you ask the host you will know where to go directly and you can also call take away (we saw flyers in the B&B afterwards and regreted that we didn't ask before going out for food).

Pros: Welcoming ambiance
7.5 Good
Cons: Shower is just a push button without temperature control. Kitchen and cooking utensils need an upgrade.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very convenient budget accommodation right in the centre of town and a 5 minute walk to the Rock of Cashel. A supermarket was just around the corner and free street parking was only 2 minutes away further up the same sreet. That's a bonus as Cashel is a Pay and Display Parking town which can be a real pain. The host was welcoming and I was pleased to see that everything from the kitchen was recycled.
Cons: The hostel felt a little uncared for. It was satisfactory for one night but I wouldn't have liked to stay longer.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff and Barbecue.
Cons: The shower was the worst that I have used in my life.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's a good hostel, the rooms were nice and it has a big dinning room-kitchen where you can talk with other guests while having breakfast-dinner. You can also do barbeques. The people at reception were also nice and it has a supermarket at 5 minutes walking.
Cons: It's not easy to park your car in Cashel without paying, but it's not exactly their fault.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Greeting we got from Staff. She took care of everything.
Cons: Coat of paint and some clean floors. Back area spaces need some love. Chairs covered in bid extrememt. Lots of dirt.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff and hostel vibe were great: I felt right at home. Que town is quiet there are a few nice hike paths. It's also a good time to visit Cahir, another small town quite similar to Cashel.
4.2 Okay
Cons: The room was dirty and the sheets had not been changed before our arrival. It was impossible to regulate the hot water in the shower
