I love the open air hallways and the outstanding staff - they are very helpful and friendly - from the cleaning staff all the way up to the managers.
No real complaints - some of the shopping units were empty - this was a pity. They should offer local shops a 'free' day or night where they could come and use the units for free to promote and bring awareness of the local shopping area.
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean and at anytime of the day you can get a sunbed. Poeple who reserve beds are in for a shock as the hotel lifts all towells and belongings from unoccupied beds - very relaxing holiday indeed.
My down side was the food. I am really glad we were bed and breakfast only as the breakfast was a big let down and speaking to various people around the hotel the food in the evenings was not of 5 star standard. 1 couple said they have eaten out all week as the food was terrible. Five star - I don.t think so I would grade the food side of the hotel a poor 4 star. The hotel room should also have tea making facilities in the rooms.
It was quiet. Great value for money. Loved the padded matressed sun beds. Also great to have 2 sunbeds on the balconey.
No iron despite saying on website you could get one in reception which resulted in me having to buy one. We Arrived at 2Am due to 2 hour delay at airport and despite ringing the hotel beds for the children were not ready and they were exceptionally hard.
I throughly enjoyed the pool/decking area on the top of the hotel it was very relaxing and peaceful, just what the doctor ordered.

You had to pay into the hotel gym. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and seems a cheap attempt to get extra cash out of their guests. One expects a hotel of this size to have its gym available at no cost and indeed, I have not come across this before. Also, the choice of food available, esp in the evenings, was limited with not much variation.
