Great location, very well equipped, cosily. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms Fully equipped. Allowed extended check-out time at no charge. Location is very convenient and close to my office. Clean spaces and rooms and good free wifi to facilitate work. The room had a kitchen in it and the rooms were really big. It was also nice that there was like an eating space in the room where we could all sit together and enjoy something. The receptionist was also really friendly! We came for a K-Pop concert and had to audition, he wished us good luck and we had a nice chat! The staff have been really nice and helpful during my stay. Very clean place, quiet place and staff are lovely there. Its clean and affordable. Very good localization in business area, next to Metro station. Room small but equipped (fridge, microwave iron, plates, cutlery and cups) very useful. Nice, helpful service at the reception. All amenities are modern, room clean, right next to station professional team at the reception I got a nice upgrade from lovely lady she was very helpful and attentive to my needs she make me feel comfortable since day one! We liked the room apartment. We only stayed one night but received a good welcome and the room was clean and comfortable. It was suitable for a family stay in Paris with older kids. Liked the place overall, The equipment in the kitchen is basic, but everything is functional. Nice size of the fridge. Good beds and a nice clean bathroom.

The kitchen smells bad! I didn't like the smell. Hard to find for taxi/cab. When you walk in you seem to think oh it’s clean however when you get close and personal the amount of dust that’s on the bedding, floors, toilet floor, lamps and even dining table is beyond me. I understand unless someone comes in there’s no need to clean but the amount of dust made me feel so uncomfortable. The parking place was so scary and not reasonable considering you have kids with you. Rooms too small. The Property signage is not easily identified. Entrance Ramp is not visible for newcomer. Smelly cooking should be strictly forbidden. The bathroom was a bit small, it was a room for 4 people but you could only stand alone in the bathroom, so we had to wait for each other to finish doing our makeup. The shower head was also not that nice. The tap had the hot and cold the wrong way round. To find the location you have to go up onto the walkway/concourse so it's not directly clear where it is. There was no suitable lounge area in which to spend the evening. Cleaning wasn't good. I could find dirty floor. Someday water was dropping from the ceiling. The check-out time at 11 am I think that is too early. Only one small bar of soap for 4 people that is all. It was hard to find the parking, but it is not a hotel related problem, but the district, hotel sent us the map, it helped. Take your own tea bags and coffee to use in the apartment but free coffee is available in the lobby. The view from the room was uninspiring and the room itself a bit cramped and barren. Other than that a good stay. N/A. Temperature around 20 with no possibility to increase. You can hear neighbors a bit when in the bathroom but couldn’t hear them anymore in the bedroom. Cleaning every 7 days, no change of towels every day, no dental kits, no shaving kit. Staff is too passive to answer about no stock of items when asked..seems they do not own facility. I could hear trains as the station is very close. Bed sheet and pillows were very smelly and dirty. I asked the receptionist to change the sheets but he did nothing and told me no room service at night. Next day changed the room but even AC not working very bad experience. Bathroom a little bit small but had everything. Bad soundproofing. There is kitchen but decided to leave a couple of tea is would be so much. It was a bit difficult to find using Google Maps which tried to get me lost. I gave up on that and just tried to see a sign for the place... but even that was tiny and hidden away a little bit.
