Pros (+) OK, I started off in a bad mood because my reservation (confirmed) was not in the hotel system which is pretty much the worst start you can have at 22.30 when you arrive. Apparently the fault was Kayak's. The shower was a skinny one. I do like a big shower head. Breakfast was incredibly busy and it was difficult to squeeze into some of the seats. I was OK I got there first but my neighbour didn't ...
Cons (-) The good news was that the staff worked to find a solution and I had my stay after all, albeit with a much raised blood pressure. The room was comfortable.
