Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and enjoyable pool facilities. The resort's ambience and views were also appreciated by many. However, several guests reported issues with the check-in process, room cleanliness, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities. Service was described as friendly by some, but others experienced delays and lack of responsiveness. While some found the stay to be good value, others felt the facilities and service did not meet expectations for the price. Overall, the positives were the location, room size, and pool, but improvements are needed in service efficiency and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
