Cons: No NO nothing
Pros: The room is very clean. There were cookies and lemon water at the front desk. The whole hotel was remodeled.
Cons: The building is old and not sound-proof. I lived on the third floor. I could hear people moving chairs in the dining room which was located on the second floor and not directly below my room.
Pros: Room was comfortable
Cons: Yes your staff at the counter was very rude. I had problem with my booking dates nd she refuse to even try to help.
Pros: The robot delivering items.
Pros: The layout of the room was excellent and very quiet.
Pros: Convenient location and very clean
Cons: Parking is under the building, I was driving a box truck which I had to street park two blocks away in a residential area and walk back with my bags.
Pros: Very nice room and the breakfast area was very clean and always had a very friendly hostess there who kept it cleaned and filled. Nice choices, fresh and good looking fruit etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the cookies too!
Pros: Quiet; friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Cons: Price jumped up by $60 while we were searching. Room was a bit flimsy. Picture on wall made a fairly loud noise just from walking on the floor.

Pros: It was close to where I had to be the following morning.
Cons: The area was not the best.
Pros: It was great the room was wonderful and the staff was great.
Cons: Lots of steps so hard to get to if you are older. Also bring pillows if you want more than one,
Cons: price of room was exorbitant. No restaurants within walking distance.
Very nice room ,very nice staff, great continental breakfast, free wifi, DVD player, Keurig coffee machine in room. Newspaper in room USA today.
Pros: Best free continental breakfast I have ever had omlettes, fresh waffles ,biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, juice ,coffee, cereal, Keurig coffee machine in room. DVD player in room

Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include WiFi, valet parking, and hot/cold buffet breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Cons: wonderful view outside and nice place too.one thing I need to say with the people very nice.because.last night .after parking car in the floor.I forget to lost the car key somewhere.in the next morning somebody take it and bring back to the front desk for me.thank you very much.
Pros: The restaurant at the hotel was absolutely delicious and the parking situation was convenient. Ambiance was very inviting. Great lobby space.
Cons: The room is severely outdated, terrible carpet and crayon marking on the walls from previous guests.
Pros: The Pullman is the former Sofitel hotel and other than change the signage they did little else. The hotel is ready for some paint and upgrading. The location is excellent . the staff is friendly and accommodating..
Pros: comfortable and clean rooms.
Cons: I was next to a service elevator and needed to change my room after I was all settled in for the night. I also asked for some toiletries and never received it
Pros: The hotel amenities are more like a luxury hotel than other hotels you stay at when traveling for business. The bed comfortable was really comfortable!
Cons: The hotel only has one restaurant, which is a bit overpriced for the food you get, but the staff was really nice. You will need to drive or take a taxi/uber to find other restaurants nearby. The hotel is surrounded by business parks.
Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer
Pros: The view from our sixth floor room was beautiful. There were birders in our room and birds could be seen in the trees close by as well as the beautiful lake. We loved seeing the sunrise and the mountains.
Just walking around the grounds was a pleasant experience.
Thank you for a lovely stay from Southerners who spent Christmas in your lovely surroundings.
Pros: I like sofitel brand and the amenities
Cons: The rooms are in dire need of remidel. Bathroom had molding joints and wallpaper coming off the wall.
Cons: This hotel cancelled my reservation without explanation during the last week prior to my stay which caused the booking.com to commit fraud against me by making another reservation at a different hotel without my permission and instructed to not do that but did it anyway causing loss of funds which the other hotel refused to refund due to their booking policy which was completely contrary to to printed policy I had received from booking.com from the first and only reservation made by me. It's a scheme to make money from you regardless of what you do with a reservation. Do your homework on these online booking sites folks. It pays to stay away!
Pros: One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in the area. Very clean and great customer service.
Pros: Needed a place to stay for family and friends to attend my daughters graduation from college. The location was convenient, clean, comfortable. I wish I had found it sooner when I would come to visit her. If I were to stay in the area again, this would be my first choice to seek out a bargain.
Cons: This hotel can be pricey, I was fortunate to find an Internet deal that had costs comparable to surrounding lodging. In addition, the parking at $25 per night was a bit steep as well. Cost will be the largest consideration for me on a return visit.
Pros: Hector was very helpful and friendly... he went out of his way giving us information. He couldn't do enought for us.!!!
Welcome to Pullman San Francisco Bay Hotel, a prime destination for business travelers and tourists alike. The property stands on the shores of a tranquil lagoon, and its beauty inspires a refreshing ambience in every space- from the lobby and award-winning Bay 223 restaurant to each spacious room and suite. For business or leisure, impeccable service and thoughtful amenities make every stay a success.
Pros: I was staying overnight for an appointment I had in the early morning. The hotel is old, but they've done some updating. In the room itself, they focused more on updating the bathroom than the main room, which I think was a good call because it's important to have a clean, well-functioning, modern bathroom.
The hotel was very close to my appointment. So, in that sense the location was good. Atmosphere-wise, however, the location has nothing to offer.
The front desk person was nice, efficient, and welcoming. The breakfast isn't gourmet, but a decent variety of the standard stuff: microwaved eggs, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, etc. In other words, you could probably find something to tide you over. The lobby is clean and pleasant.
The room was quiet enough, even though it faced the main street.
There was a mini-fridge in the room and a coffee maker with coffee provided.
Cons: It's a motel-style place, more like a Motel 6 than other Best Westerns I've stayed at and it kind of had a strip-mall feeling to it.
The room had a very musty smell, not a smoke smell, but just an *old* smell. That was the worst of the whole experience for me.
The room was clean, but had a kind of old, worn feeling to it that I'm not used to from Best Westerns. The carpet seemed old and dated, and the bedding, too.
The heater wasn't very nuanced. It blasted hot air that made the room too hot, too quickly, but when we turned it off, the room quickly got cold. There are more modern heaters that work better, I've seen them in other hotels I've stayed in.
Overall, if I had to stay in this area again, I'd probably look for a different hotel. This one was too expensive for what it had to offer.

Cons: Room had a leak in restroom sink, the view from window was horrible (residents back yard)

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, great breakfast and beautiful rose bushes.
Cons: Weird random multiple, unexplained screaming in the middle of the night and early morning....kind of creepy. Either we had thin walls and loud active neighbors or ghosts...we chose the former.
Pros: Good location. Close to Stanford. Ok jacuzzi tub. nice room with desk and 2 extra chairs. Good for eating dinner on.
Pros: Basic, clean, comfortable, quiet room, good shower, everything you need.
Pros: Front desk service.
Cons: Too much street noise, all night. Noisy refrigerator. Unplugged it in middle of night.
Cons: Booked a non smoking room when I checked in none were available, had to take a smoking one since I had prepaid. Room smelt like an ashtray with burn spots on bed and curtains. People were allowed to drink and smoke in the hallway and parking lot, street party atmosphere, I didn't feel safe and it made the smoke stench even worse!
Pros: Room was clean, facility was clean, accommodating. Friendly staff.
Cons: Eggs were not fresh...byt okay
- It is inexpensive and conveniently located (if you're in Redwood City)
- The motel is very dated and somewhat rundown
- The rooms smelled like old, dirty wash rags
- Although the room looked like it had been updated recently, it was still quite shabby and worn
- The walls and doors are as thin as rice paper. You are going to hear every step, belch and fart. Not to mention the other things...
Pros: Free snacks in the lobby, free hot breakfast. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, dvd player, spa in room! Very spacious room also had work area. Close to shops. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Checkout at 12pm would have been ideal although was available for only $10 more. Road noise was a little loud but did not hear much noise from other rooms which was nice. Some channels didn't come in clearly but the dvd player worked great so I was able to watch a movie I purchased.
When you stay at Pacific Inn of Redwood City, you'll be 5.7 mi (9.2 km) from Stanford University and 3.4 mi (5.5 km) from Stanford Shopping Center. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and hot/cold buffet breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The location is extremely convenient - right next to a Safeway, Whole Foods, several good restaurants and bars, a Caltrain station, and of course it's right on El Camino Real, within a quick drive of the 101. It's about 25 minutes from SFO.
As noted by other reviewers, the room did not have any unpleasant smell and even has a filtered water faucet in the bathroom. Its low price and great location make it perfect for the business traveler.
Cons: To be sure, it's not a sexy luxury hotel in any way, but it's not trying to be. It's cheap and clean; that's it.
I found the wi-fi shaky, and at times it would cut out and be unavailable for a while. But, if you don't intend to work out of your hotel room for part of the time (like I did), you may not notice.
Redwood Creek Inn features a nightclub and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Stanford Shopping Center. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: It cost a bit less than other hotels - but I would have rather paid the extra $30 price difference and had a full service hotel. Looks like they're pricing themselves just under the competition...while offering significantly less.
Cons: I was charged by Kayak and by the Hotel. I'm still trying to get it straightened out. If I had known it would be such a hassle I certainly wouldn't have worked with either.
Pros: Close to many RWC restaurants. including grocery stores.
WiFi has been dependable.
Fridge/Microwave/Grocery ... eat right while traveling
Close to work
Cons: Could not control A/C in each room; stayed 10+ times for a week and only a problem once.
Centrally located, expect some (low-level) street noise.
Rooms are small. By myself, it's great. With a partner, it's tight.
Pros: Hotel had really good tv channels.
Cons: Bathrooms were outside in hallway. To shower or use toilet you had to go outside. Hotel rooms were pretty small, they felt like dorms.
Pros: Small but cozy rooms.
The bathroom and shower were way more cleanly than I expected for a shared bathroom.
Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.
Cons: The air conditioning wasnt working all that well so it got a little stuffy
Cons: Shared bathroom and it was horrible experience I didn't chhoose to stay
Cons: The beds could be more comfotable. The beds don't need to be Murphy beds. What do you do with the space since there is no table or chairs?
Pros: Nothing really at all
Cons: Terrible value, no privacy whatsoever, no bathroom accommodations inside or necessarily near the rooms, no private bathroom accommodations. Disturbing and noisy environment with poor staff management of the noise and dishonest representation of the business online.

All 53 rooms provide free WiFi and free wired Internet, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, and conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves. Guests will also find pillowtop beds, free local calls, and ceiling fans. Limited housekeeping is available.
Pros: location easy to find. nice rooms. outstanding office staff. check in and check out both smooth and easy with Heba. Ahmad attentive to situation with noisy guests upstairs (seriously, they sounded like a herd of elephants clamping around up there! even my noisy 11 year old complained about the noise level.) he moved them ... we had a very restful night. then two nights with moderate noise. staff friendly, yet professional. the 11 year old loved the pool and we love that he then slept soundly. relatively affordable.
Cons: downstairs rooms get waaay too much noise from upstairs. even my hard-of-hearing father mentioned how noisy it was. housekeeping staff seem unclear on how many people are staying in rooms, even for consecutive nights ... had to get towels twice! shower grout moldy. ceiling and on wall near ceiling moldy.
Cons: Close to highway, room was dark, weird smell everywhere, bed was not very comfortable, poor internet connection
Pros: Excellent price (best price in the area)
Friendly and helpful staff,
clean, comfortable bed,
easy access and parking,
fridge and microwave in the room (coffee is in the lobby),
24 hr IHOP next door.
Cons: Freeway noise: It is right next to the freeway, a mixed blessing because it is easy to get to, but the soundwall didn't get rid of the noise but instead seemd to make it this haunting whosh/screech. I overcame that by leaving the fan on in the bathroom and the bathroom door partially open and that masked it enough so I was able to sleep.
Pros: The staff they were great very polite and the rooms were very clean
Cons: The other guest were very noisy.
Pros: Athena was extremely nice and helpful!
Cons: There was mold on the shower floor. I asked twice for bleach to clean it myself but never got it. There are holes in the carpet.
Pros: It was and indoor like motel over all it was quite. And locked hallways doors as well as the door do to the room. It was clean.
Cons: I booked though kayak however they didn't tell me when I got there of have to pay $100 for a security deposit. :/ The front desk seemed pretty strict on it. Hoping I get it back to cuz you can't get it garenteed before you leave.
Pros: quality of room, beds, shower/tub, tv, and staff were helpful
Cons: not enough end tables next to bed, there was only one and had to improvise the other side.
Pros: The room and bathroom were clean, had high ceilings, was very satisfactory
Cons: The TV channels weren't great, but we weren't there to watch TV anyway.
Cons: Brown streak on the bed, crushed bugs on the walls, sliding doors bolted shut. Avoid!
Pros: Location, location, location. Easy access and very close to our business location. Friendly and helpful staff. Older hotel undergoing renovations - clearly intended to improve the facility.
Clean, neat, surprisingly large room. Great parking for our large vehicle with cargo trailer.
Cons: Wow - worst mattress in decades of business travel. Small towels and very weak shower (okay - there's a drought). First time to find a room without a hair dryer. The good and the bad both exist here - would stay again though - feels like they are headed in the right direction...just make sure to replace the mattresses too...

Cons: Parking lot filled up at night & I had to park on the street.
Pros: updated rooms were nice, friendly staff that took care of our issue. air conditioning worked good. wasn't up in time for the continental breakfast but they have one.
I would stay there again.
Cons: Jacuzzi spa will only fit 4 people , no pool, next to car wash and fast food drive thru, try to stay on other end of complex. the Jacuzzi wasn't working so I brought it up to the manager and he ended up moving us to a room with a jetted tub.
Cons: Crappy hairdryer, broken air conditioner, too-small shower curtain--all of the little touches that make a hotel nice were completely missing. Would not stay here again.

Pros: This hotel was close to my project. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Dirty rooms. First room smelled like a bum was there before. Old cigs and beer. The second room that they gave me was cleaner, but reeked of cigs. You could hear the traffic and trains very clearly. The only reason why I stayed here was because all of the good hotels were booked.
Pros: helpful staff
great shower head
Pros: Very clean and being updated. Owners were polite. Had a tv, frigde and microwave.
Cons: They are doing repairs so some things arent working properly. Our heater didnt work and the toilet kept wanting to overflow. No coffeepot, but Starbucks is a 5-10 minute walk.
Pros: beds OK though.
Cons: horrible place. RIGHT by the train track. stay away
When you stay at Deluxe Inn Redwood City, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Stanford Shopping Center. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: It's location was near my appointment destination and it had close freeway access. Price was reasonable for Bay Area.
Cons: (1)No clock in room.(2)Had two microwave ovens but one didn't work.(3)One desk clerk was brusque on the phone and wasn't service oriented.(4)Is a flat roof motel and during hot weather the 2nd story rooms are ovens. (5)Packaged pastry breakfast.
Pros: Cheap rate for area.
Cons: A dinosaur. Holes in sheets...probably from bleach. Small bath towels, noisy all night long with guest conversations on stairs and parking lot..parking lot full, parked on public street...A/C poor-noisy, personnel not friendly, stay elsewhere!
Pros: It was close to all major retail and major roads.
Cons: This should be 4 star motel.
Pros: Desk clerk went out of his way to help with the TV problem. Wasn't his fault that their satellite service didn't supply access to the Warrior game. Microwave and small Fridge were welcome.
Cons: No clock in room. No tray in shower for soap, etc. The huge negative is that their satellite service does not provide access to the Comcast channel. Inconceivable and totally unacceptable.
Cons: There was no hot water, the front desk person said I should run the water for 10-15 min. Who does that, especially in California where we have severe droughts. The windows haven't been cleaned in months
Pros: This hotel was surprisingly safe, clean, and spacious for its budget price.
Cons: It was a dump, paid to much to stay in a run down room in a bad area
Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and Target was a plus.
Cons: Television remote. No directions and buttons on remote were unreadable. Had to guess how what each button was. Also they had satellite with no instructions on how to turn on (took about 1/2 hour to figure out).
Pros: convenient location, cheapest price in area
Cons: The pastries for the included continental breakfast all contained artificial colorings which are harmful to many people. The lights were not set to have a light go on when the switch by the door was flipped No sheer window covering, just blackout drapes
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly very quiet
Cons: Parking to little
Pros: Location & staff are excellent; very nice, family oriented people and close to shopping centers. Accommodations are comfortable.
Cons: Rooms are appropriate for the price but need better upkeep. No real coffee or breakfast.
When you stay at Budget Inn Redwood City, you'll be 5.8 mi (9.3 km) from Stanford University and 3.5 mi (5.7 km) from Stanford Shopping Center. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Blood on towels. Roaches in the room. Stink.
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Had to have a maintenance man come to move a piece of furniture
in order to turn on some overhead ceiling lights - switch was behind the furniture!
I had requested a bathtub & asked the front desk if my room had one and was told yes--he didn't bother to tell me that there was NO WAY to plug it to hold water!
There was no luggage rack.
Desk clerk did not speak English well.
Cons: AC didn't work. Pool was cold. Breakfast was horrible - worse than what one can buy in a gas station. Tub would not drain. Room was not clean. Staff was rude. I asked for extra towels for the freezing cold pool, and had to argue to get two of the three I requested. I was told not to eat it when I pointed out how disgusting the breakfast was. The place is a shit hole.
PLEASE NOTE Absolutely No Smoking at the property. Recently Renovated Rooms. Close to Stanford University, Stanford Medical Center and Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital. Pros: It's inexpensive for the area. The INSIDE of our room was fine. Obviously they're trying to remodel the place, one room at a time. Ours was done. It was spacious and clean.
Cons: The OUTSIDE of the place is horrendous and under slow construction. The office and the grounds are gross, the people hanging around are a little bit seedy.
Cons: They are remodeling, looks closed down when you drive in. Advertised wifi but had very weak reception,in fact they moved us to another rm and in both rms we had to go outside to connect. Several kids Toys, bikes of management remain in parking lot.
Pros: Quiet way in the back
Cons: Under constructionOverpriced for qualityHorrific
Maybe the owners are trying to resurrect an old facility....just not a place I would stay again!
Pros: It was available the night I arrived
Cons: Major Construction on facility, Very Old, Paint peeling from walls, people smoking outside rooms. Way to much money for what I got!
