The spa, gym, and pool are great, and the Italian restaurant is good. The spa features a proper steam bath, an ice-basin, and loads of relaxation areas, inside and out. There are even snacks and detox water available. The pool is great for laps, and the massage jets are fabulous. The outdoor zone is larger and better, and the sauna is really quite nice.

The breakfast is great, with a wide variety of options including lox, porky stuff, turkey bacon, different cheeses, vegetables, fruits, mueslis, cereals, and various coffee options. The staff is very friendly but discreet, and the lounge area is very nice and modern with a bar.

The hotel parking was good in a closed garage with enough space. However, some guests mentioned that there was no parking space when they arrived, and they were told to park their car in the parking of a nearby supermarket, which was inconvenient and dangerous due to frozen and slippery roads.

The rooms are modern, large, and very clean, with a nice balcony and a welcoming staff. The rooms in Alpen Chic Style are very comfortable, and the hotel offers allergy-free rooms, hypoallergenic pillows, and the option to ask for different pillows and mattresses.

Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant 'Bacio della Mamma' were both excellent, and the Italian restaurant was good. However, some guests mentioned that the dinner selection and quality were poor, and the breakfast could be filled more regularly with options like pancakes and eggs.
