Good staff The bed was as hard as a rock, not what you would expect for a higher end hotel.
The customer service on the way out was excellent. Christen was the best, her attitude was great and it felt genuine like she really cared if we enjoyed our stay. I did not like the overall cleanliness and would hope in the future attention to detail will be looked into by someone in charge.
Great location Poor lighting in bathroom Staff unhelpful in resolving various room and facility related issues. In particular, after twice complaining about excessively noisy hotel guest, front desk agent said "Ooh, I hate when that happens."
Clean the man washrooms more often
Clean room, prompt room service
I liked that there were several restaurants in the hotel and next to the hotel. There is a walkway to the shopping mall. The swimming pool was in the building across the street.
Nice clean modern hotel.
Great location with a great view!!! Beautiful room with a large tv! A little pricey!
Staff was awesome! Malls all around
The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!
Real pleasant surprise at the accommodations. Restaurant was very good.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great restaurant, can be for adults only or family-friendly. Can't complain at all Nothing
We were surprised at how the room was divided into a living room and sleeping area. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located off the highway. It was also nice that there was a covered gated garage with an elevator that went straight to your floor.
Cleanliness, accommodating staff, and easy access to the city of Seattle.
It was rated 4 star and was not close to a 4 star quality hotel.
The front desk manager made it clear that she/her hotel would do nothing to assist with a cancellation, but made it very clear that if I had done business with them directly that she would have helped me out and done more to assist me with my situation. By using Kayak or another third party vendor, a vendor that they contract with I add, the service you receive is sub par though thy gladly take your money. The front desk manager was extreamly rude and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They do not offer the same level of service if you book through third party contracted provider than if you booked directly through them.
Room was exceptionally clean and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel was very good. Liked being able to open the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many Silver Clouds have the complimentary breakfast so we missed not having that option.
This hotel is a gem. We used to stay at the Silver Cloud in downtown Bellevue but find this one to be more luxurious. The drive to downtown Bellevue takes only a few minutes. We will continue to use the Silver Cloud Eastgate on our overnight trips from our home in the San Juan Islands.
This is a well located upscale hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, an incredible staff, located within a stone's throw of virtually anything in Seattle. I had to leave after four nights. Housekeeping staff removed an unread newspaper from the room that had not been placed in a location for recycling or disposal.
Clean rooms, bar, and all of the staff. Also, hotel sits on a major freeway interchange but never heard a thing. Good construction for sure!! Parking sucked. 90 percent of spots were made for compact. At least 10 spots were coned off for employees. Big trucks with trailers parking sideways making this place a complete parking nightmare. If you want your $50,000 car banged up stay here. Not good.
Not much. The location was okay and the price was fair. Parking was easy. Overworked and inconsiderate staff.
Very clean! Staff was super friendly & helpful!
Rooms were exceptional, well thought out, and everything was clean, and worked. I dont prefer valet to self park, generally.
Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample. Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially. The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.
Not much. Not worth the money. The elevator was broken and we wasted 2 hours of our vacation just waiting for elevators. It took us over an hour to find parking.
Great location, excellent rooms No parking on the weekends, staff internally overcharged in the cafeteria, had to remind front desk of billing corrections. Not a good experience
Cozy , nice bed and nice staff They did not have a fridge and our food was ruined
It's what you would expect of a Westin in a city. Clean, accommodating staff, decent breakfast and space to meet informally. It was an expensive night at $300+.
Store proximity to local shopping and dining.
Price, location...minutes from Bellevue square and freeway entrance easy access Comfortable king bed Direct TV, fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room Good wifi We got an end room with ice maker literally outside the door, plus the door didn't have a good seal so it was noisy Breakfast is not included, costs $10.95 a person Hotel feels a little dated
This is my second stay here. I like it here since it is nearby at the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Very convenient especially on the weekends if you are simply wanting to sight see and/or access downtown bellevue in less than 5 minutes. Also, it has an easy access to the I-405 freeway so if you are not in to Downtown Bellevue and want to head somewhere else, this hotel is good. It also surprisingly quiet at night which is really nice! The room is clean and looks modern. Guest service is also very attentive. Plentiful of parking space as well! Well, it's not super sound proof when people are walking the hallways and talking really loud at 3am in the morning, but of course that's to be expected. Other than that, I don't really have anything I disliked about this hotel.
Staff, location, value. Rooms need a touch of modern / refresh
Please stop milking the cow and offer new hotel. Noise, smell 70 years old.
- Comfortable bed - overall the room was clean - rude and unprofessional front desk (the guy with eyebrow piercing) - dreadful green color scheme in the rooms - old and dirty looking carpet - found hair in the bathroom sink.
There aren't many "values" left in DT Bellevue, this is one of them. Quiet rooms with free parking. Easy access to 405. Retro (not in a hipster way) property is quite old and in need of updating. This may/may not happen as they are rumored to be closing in the not too distant future.
Room easy access to parking Front desk mess up my room from two beds to one, have to wait for a long time to adjust it. Bit loud
The pool and hot tub close way too early
Please write at least 15 words Staff were particularly helpful in directions both to Basil's Bar and downtown Seattle and offered free coffee when we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm. Two robes would have been helpful over one - see fire alarm above.
The hotel and staff are great for travelers seeking the extra comforts of life.My room was very spacious definitely felt like a king. No complaints
Hotel itself was cool, and big room had ripped carpet bar was cool but everything was bad tasting, bad drinks, really bad food
the hotel was excellent. Gym and pool were well equipped and the gym was 24 hour. Breakfast and internet access complimentary. Location was convenient to Seattle without being too far and too close. Would definitely recommend
Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue was a great place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference. The staff was courteous and prompt. The continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were a special treat. My room was beautiful and functional. Overall, a very nice stay.
Great breakfast, easy/free parking, quiet, clean Renovations currently underway, but wasn't noisy or inhibiting at all. Pool wasn't open because of renovations but I didn't know that prior to staying.
The room and the breakfast..... There was a lot of kids in the pool
Evening drinks and snacks! Shuttle to downtown Bellevue!! Ongoing construction made it difficult to navigate but is understandable.
The property has been developed and maintained very well. The room are spacious and comfortable, cozy. Location, price. Amenities could have been little better
The hotel is badly in need of care. The entire property is dingy and dirty. They don't vacuum the carpets, and they need shampooing. The parking lot is un-kept, like the whole place. The location is good, but the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
location, breakfast Age of room. minor cleanliness problems. My daughter found pretzels under the bed. This is not a huge issue because I know how hard it is to clean room especially after a family with children has stayed in it. Non the less it left me perplexed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and prioritize security. Even though the room was minimal and a little outdated housekeeping was on point. The price seemed reasonable for such an expensive part of town. The location is perfect for any Overlake Hospital related business. The facilities were so-so. The furniture although clean was worn. No movie player or channels were available the fridge was a portable shoved under the sink and no microwave.
The lobby is great. Staff is great. Included breakfast is great. Free shuttle is great. The rooms are old. The bed/pillow is not very comfortable. I've been told that all the rooms are being renovated.
Coast was in a convenient location just off the I5 and a very short distance from Bellevue Square area. They also offered a shuttle service and parking was included. The rooms were clean but it was clear that the hotel was older and has had cosmetic renovations. No real complaints.
close to download bellevue for the same class hotel need alot to improve
The place was very close to the company I visited, with a reasonable price, which made it ideal. I will probably visit it again next time I will go to Seattle.
I didn't hang around very long since I was working the whole time and only used my room to sleep in, but it served its purpose just fine. I enjoyed it very much~ Breakfast was nice, and my room was kept tidy. Really I don't have anything negative to say at all :)
Bed and pillows were comfortable Our shower didn't drain well, you were standing in 2 inches of water by the time you were done showering, also the a/c heater unit was gross we turned it on and blew dust out, we pulled the filters and looked like they have never been cleaned... Seemed to be a business only type of hotel, and didn't seem like it should be priced this high for what it was
Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly
I like the room and the room service everything was really good. And would come back for a another stay The only for things that I didn't like was that it took a few mins to check in and the same checking out. Like it took a while for there computer to check us in and to.check us out
They have an amazing free breakfast The rooms fridge puts out a high pitched squeal that was so iritating I had to move it to the bathroom and close the door so I wouldn't hear it. That brought my comfort rating down. I wish there was a microwave in my room but there was one to use by the restaurant
Room was nice an comfortable. I had 400$ in gift cards which I used at check in time an yet they still charged my CC for 580$ which screwed up my limit an caused us to cut short our stay.. they told me that was standard but how when I payed essentially what's as good as cash for 98% of my hotel fee..yet they chr get my card as if I hadn't paid a dime.. they should have only charged me the difference period. . it ruined my stay there an my wife as well..
Bed great room wonderful coffee shop did open early enough
The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had a nice view. No hot tubs, sauna, or shuttles available. If I didn't get such a good deal thru booking.com it would've been too expensive for what it was. Also, the walls in the rooms seemed pretty thin as I could hear the girls in the room next to me talking most of the first night. None of these were a deal breaker and I wouldn't mind staying again in the future.
Rooms had class
The staff was great. The hotel was very nice, including the bar for a late night drink I can think of nothing I did not like.
The front desk staff was very friendly, even though they seemed to be in a state of training where not everyone could handle the details of check-in. Great attitudes, though. Housekeeping did not seem to be coordinated with registration. On our first day, the room was not cleaned until very late afternoon and on our last, it was cleaned long before we checked out. Also, Bookings.com should include the cost, with tax, on their confirmation.
Definitely. Friendly staff, very nice room. Clean. A bit out of the way.
design is young style and comtemperary and free parking and close to towncenter. No refrigerator and Safety Deposit Box
clean and comfortable. great shower.
It was clean and reasonably priced. Also new and very nice.
Parking available and easy to find space. The internet worked very well giving out almost 50 Mbit/sec
I liked the shuttle service provided as well as the free outdoor parking. I was hurt when I could not extend my stay and I had to find another hotel which ended up costing me twice what your hotel cost as well as the frustration of having to find another place to stay along with moving my belongings and finding a place to park my car.
Rooms were clean and had everything I expected/needed for the stay. Hotel boasts being dog-friendly with treats in the lobby and no pet fee which was wonderful. However, there is literally nowhere at all to take your dog to relieve themself. No grassy areas, no mulch or gravel areas, no "pet relief" areas. I was stuck trying to get my dog to walk along the narrow parking lot dividers in the dark around cars and shrubs to convince her it was ok to "go" there.
The rooms were wonderful and the beds were super comfortable
Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++ Breakfast was all inclusive, but the time frame of AFTER 6:30am.. hello?? it was a Monday morning, and there are people that need to go back to work. Traffic in Seatac on Mon morning 6:30am was not going to allow anyone to enjoy that beautiful breakfast.
The facility, property, and amenities were nice. On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
It was one of the nicest places... and I've paid much more in other places!
It did not have a hotel-like atmosphere
Atmosphere....landscaping Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds
Great food! Luxurious. People super friendly. Beautiful room, nice details.
Comfy bed, free snacks, good breakfast Charging to park
It was an unexpected delight in a convenient location - close to the airport.
I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
Due to proximity to airport, jet noise was prevalent. Otherwise, this place was absolutely wonderful.
Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food. While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
Everything! Really appreciated the shuttle service! Can't think of anything.
I rent a room online & first time stat in hotel Sierra . Yes , I agree the 1st image are great. the room are pretty nice & comfortable but.............when after I check out . couple days later I found on my bank statement that this hotel have a extra charge for me Up to $* without any good aceeptable reason. but finally it's siad that we damege their room TV. IT's really make me so angry about it. cause we going to Seattle just of a ceremony & most the time just back to the hotel at late night for a sleep. we even not using the TV. but how possible that the management said that we using the candle & burn the TV. that's unbelievable . Now I will tell all our friends in our temple do not visit this hotel & inform everybody VERY be careful of this hotel management...cause you should be the NEXT.
This hotel is in a great area with plenty of parking and easy freeway access. The beds are nice and comfortable. Everything is always neat and clean. Nice pool area and exercise room. The breakfast always exceeds my expectations. All in all, a great place to stay. I stay here every time I come to Seattle.
Very spacious and comfortable, had 2nd floor King Studio with kitchenette Loved the room layout, furniture, fittings and especially the kitchen counter table Breakfast is awesome, miso soup is delicious Got on hotel's wifi easily LCD TV has adjustable wall mount Hotel is about a five minute walk from EastGate P&R bus stop; Took 15-20 min express bus to downtown Seattle to visit Public Market, Central Library, Space Needle and of course catch a Mariners game at Safeco Field
Our stay was enhanced by the delightful omlete station & breakfast bar available & the lovely furnishings in our room and the public spaces. We also enjoyed the hot tub & pool. This hotel was easy to get to, quiet, close to our destination and had secure parking. My husband saw tickled to see coke in real glass bottles at their little in-hotel store.
What more could you want? Fabulous beds; great breakfasts; lots of parking; friendly staff. Hotel exceeded our expectations.
This is a great hotel. Very reasonable. We stayed in a King suite with our two kids and it was very roomy. The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I have had. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only draw back is that it is right next to the freeway, so you don't want to keep your window open at night. Other then that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Fantastic Hotel! Rooms have nice mini kitchen, pool and exercise room are very clean. Breakfast bar is top notch and the restaurant has a nice selection of meals or small plates for happy hour. Good place to stay with family or on business. Front desk staff was very helpful.
This hotel is a nice place to stay. It has a swimming pool and hot tub and the free breakfast is very good, especially the made to order omelets. It was relatively quiet and the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean with modern decor. It isn't really close to all the shopping and restaurants, but it is close to the freeway. There is a bar with food to order in the hotel also. It is a great place for business people or for someone who wants to just get away.
the hotel was very clean, the staff was super helpful and nice, bonus having the breakfast downstairs and not the typical 'continental breakfast'. there were waffles, eggs, omelettes made to order, bacon, fruit and tons of cold and hot cereal
We planned a quick family getaway for the weekend. This was our first visit to Bellevue and we were very happy with the location of the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the buffet breakfast area was very nice. The room was modern and clean. The only complaint was that the toilet in our room did not work properly and maintenance did not come to fix it during our stay. We would definitely return to the Hotel Sierra on our next trip to Bellevue.
Comparable to Hampton Inn! Great breakfast! Nice clean rooms.
Great value; great staff; felt homely and welcoming Location a bit confusing, but good all in all
Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The premises were clean. The breakfast was not good.
fair price, very friendly and professional staff in the front desk and as well the dinning table manager. She is always diligent!. Excellent location for me; 5 minutes driving from Larkspur to T-Mobile. Nice pressure of water in the shower. The kitchen equipment and furniture is really old! this is an action point that the management needs to take up. In my unit, the refrigerator was so noisy, that I had do disconnect it every night to can sleep.
Clean Would have liked a free continental breakfast. :)
Comfortable rooms, great service, beautiful area, and idea location if you are here for Microsoft It's location is quite far from civilization. No stores, shopping, dining, or nightlife here, so a car rental or uber is a must.
It was good loved it and great price. You pay more for the breakfast at the other Marriott we don't have too.
I asked for a late checkout, because I was up all night working. The cleaning crew knocked on my door at 8:00am and at 8:30am, and woke me up I told them that I wanted to be left alone until late check out. Also the tv didn't work, and the hot water didn't work in the shower, worst Marriott I've ever stayed
Clean and modern, well-kept, friendly and helpful staff, brightly lit and well outfitted lobby. Appears to cater mostly to the business traveler. We stayed there for one night to be close to the Boeing plant before moving on into Seattle for more tourist-oriented activities. We would have been fine just staying here for all three nights. Would like the same motel located in a different location. The initial impression is that you're staying in a semi-industrial/commercial area, but the motel is adjacent to a decent-looking neighborhood. Access from the main road is a bit confusing.
value quality cleanliness of room size of room tucked away restaurant closes at 10
Free Breakfast and Free Internet Reception people did not recognize my Booking.com reservation and later on they have asked to pay more than what I reserved for. Breakfast was nothing spl its the same every day.
They were a little over eager to clean the room. Has flown a 6 hr red-eye and spent a stressful day. Would have preferred to just sleep-till noon the next day.
It gave me a 30 head start to leave Seattle and parking was included Internet did not work noisy not so clean
Helpful staff. Mediocre breakfast.
Stayed one night here.it was all we needed clean room. Clean bed. Not too noisy. Free breakfast was pretty much standard hotel breakfast. Toaster waffles and muffins. Thanks again guys
Shop The heater was not great. The room was very cold for way too long.
breakfast and coffee ok Room was cramped, towels were small and thin, everything very dated and in need of updating. Lots of noise from carts rolling by outside the room. Not worth the $140! We will never stay at a Days Inn again.
Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. The room smelled like it was a smoking room. When I used the heater the smell got worse. It wasn't the best for my five month old. Fridge and tv were left unplugged.
The staff was very helpful. I left my computer charger in the room and the cleaning lady opened up the room for me. I thought the price was a little high but the room was clean and quiet.
The staff was courteous. I wish I had known they were under construction.
Welcome from Timothy. I disliked 90% of my stay. The room was nasty!! Sheet, pillow cases and comforter was stained and dirty. I took pictures to prove this. The carpet apparently wasn't vacuumed there was dirty areas on the floor in the restroom as if it wasn't moped, desk wasn't clean. Look I travel frequently and this has been the worst ever. Management needs to pay more attention to her hotel. This was the second room I was given room 309 and 338 both were nasty. Will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever!!
The room smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty
This was the best free breakfast ever! they thought of everything. maintenance in our room.
Hair in bathtub. Parts missing from coffee maker. Unbelievably noisy when other guest flush. Will not go back.
Parking was a pain in the butt
Close to the airport and they have a shuttle.
People at front desk were nice The hotel looks very old, smells and needs updating. The bathroom was gross, don't look down the sink drain it looks like something will jump out at you. Reminds me of those hotels you see on Hotel Impossible show that's gross and dirty.
The airport shuttle service was great. The wifi was terrible.
The staff were very nice, and the airport shuttle is handy. The wifi worked. There is no restaurant, nor one nearby. (Though staff did offer to take me by shuttle.) The facility is in sad shape and in need of repairs and refreshing. It is older. The room was clean but worn and very, very small. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 but there wasn't any food left or coffee, so they don't refresh it often though it was open until 9:00 am. It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.
Place is run down and seedy. Have stayed there for years. Felt super unsafe and rooms a total dump! Carpet was wer about three feet around the ac unit. No plugs in sink and tib. Coffee maker broke and missing parts. Part of a metal plug stuck in bathroom outlet. Room had a terrible odor probably due to wet carpet. Felt unsafe on room and walking down the halls. Water ending machine empty and no bottled water for sale in hotel.
It was clean, nice a great place to spend the night prior to taking a flight out from seattle, or to spend the night coming, not a destination in its self.
