Cons. Had to cancel my stay. No one at the check in desk at 3:30pm, when phoned woman said that they don't have my booking although I had regular booking with Expedia. Then gave me the code for the room key and said that as I'm the only guest tonight won't have a breakfast in the morning! A I've paid for that! Entered the room but it was all messy, uncleaned toilet and dirty sheets. Requested another room an I took her another 10min to find which room is clean. Gave me another key but when entered the room, two dirty towels in the sink, one on the floor! Nothing to take a clean after the shower. That was really frustrating and I requested immediate cancellation as this is really not acceptable and absolutely no one from the staff in the "hotel".
