The hotel was very outdated. Stains on the carpet, the ceiling, cracks in the tub, and overall old looking. Housekeeping never came to our room so we had to take care of of it even though there was a card in the hotel key holder asking us to tip them. Exercise room you could tell was never looked after. Had to ask for wipes or cleaner to wipe down the machines each day and it would be gone the next day. The location was great so if you are looking for that so you can visit Splash Lagoon, then you canât beat it. As someone who comes to Erie often, I would try another hotel before returning to this one.
