Cons. We booked May 3rd for a room on may 10th. On May 7th, I received another email welcoming us for our stay. Upon arrival at 10PM, we discovered the hotel was closed and learned from the Holiday Inn Express across the street that hotel had been closed for weeks. I am very disappointed as the Radisson reservation system should not have allowed us to make a reservation when the hotel was closed. The Holiday Inn Express saved the day by offering us a room at a reasonable rate.
