8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, incredibly peaceful and a perfect spot from which to access places like Burnham Market and also the coastal hot spots. Made to feel very welcome by Elaine (even though we turned up early) and Megan was a fab breakfast hostess. Excellent breakfast. Food was very 'clean' and there was a good selection. Would happily stay again.
Cons: I am really picky so these points may be a tad unfair and to be honest I didn't raise them at the time. Shower tray was a bit slippy and the toiletries although really nice, were a little on the small side for two adults. Juliet window in bedroom is a wonderful thing (I have one in my bedroom at home) but if going to leave it wide open for guests to enjoy the view then perhaps clean the sills. Bit of noise from adjoining room in the morning which would have been ok but we were on a rare day off so didn't necessarily want a 7am wake up. As I said though.....am being really picky so please do not be put off in any way.

5.0 Okay
Pros: If you like seafood it was great.
Cons: They should run a restaurant but no.t a B&B, our booking only turned up , after we tried to check in. we were accommodated in what appeared to be emergency rooms along with another guest whose booking mysteriously did not arrive until he tried to check-in. We have no idea what the "real" B&B was like.

Cons: Uncomfortable bed .

Cons: Apart from somewhere to dry towels in our room...nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: The hospitility
Cons: Bathroom small, sink next to bed not in bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The proprieters were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They ensured we were able to have dinner for both of our 2 night stay despite existing bookings, and accommodated my dietary needs. The restaurant is small and cosy, all food is freshly cooked, a thoroughly relaxing experience. Food at dinner was excellent - my partner raved about the seafood. Chef Colin comes out to chat and ensure you are enjoying your meal. It is a very old property, and the room reflected this e.g. a sloping ceiling in the bathroom. It is quirky! It was a fairly compact room, but good value for money. The location was brilliant for us to cycle through quiet lanes to Wells and Walsingham, exploring as we went.
Cons: Only that we had to keep the windows closed, as the B&B is on a main road. It does quieten down a bit at night though.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Plenty of hot water clean and tidy bed was comfy
Cons: No sink in bathroom , power supply not near enough to mirror , sugar cubes in room not covered and mini carton of milk was off. Breakfast no where near value for the extra cost and cornflakes over a month out of date
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was small, but it was clean. The food was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and guests were extremely helpful and very curtious.. Food was beyond fantastic. I was really pleased with my stay from check in to check out..
Cons: I can honestly say I couldn't fault anything..
