10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was great. We had two families with 4 young children and the place was just perfect for that. Renovated kitchen, big spaces.
Cons: We couldn't extend the stay one more night for the same rate. They preferred not to have it rented.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable. Highly recommended!

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and easygoing.
Cons: Temp control in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk agent was so kind. He gave me a king bed and a balcony for no extra charge. I was so surprised at how beautiful the room was. I had everything I needed, and more. The balcony view was gorgeous. We ordered room service three separate times and every time the person delivering food was so incredibly kind, accommodating and understanding. The food was always exceptional. The wine was exceptional. The breakfast was so yummy, and it was cool how you could order the night before and they will bring it whenever you want. Took care of everything and I am so happy to have stayed there. Wish it could have been longer ! Didn't even take advantage of the spa amenities but that's always a good option if you're not busy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mattie the mgr was very helpful always smiling and made sure we were happy guests. She is great at her job!!
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location was good. But I'd rather come in summer.
Cons: Some rooms are too far from front desk. No after hours snack bar like the usual commercial hotels. Small lobby. Free (self) parking is not close. Staff aren't particularly attentive to your needs. Hallways get cold at night. If you need to switch a room during your stay (from 1 king to 2 queen for example), good luck with that, even though they do have empty rooms. Excellent place if you have kids, but not a good place to stay if you're going to relax for a few days; this is truly a resort for younger people or families with kids who want to sky and run around. Don't be surprised to run into swarms of teenagers and college kids. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing place with adult (non-kiddie) amenities, go to Aspen or some place else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome value with free shuttle for easy access to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Really cool hot tubs and pools. Also I got the best massage I've ever had there. So if you have the extra money, treat yourself!
Cons: I had a rental vehicle with me & they charged to keep it parked there every night. Also the lift tickets to Keystone Resort were outrageously expensive for kind of a small mountain, but that's not really in the Lodge's control.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The private balcony where I could read my Bible and pray. The only drawback was that I kept wanting to look out at the view.
Cons: It's not your fault, but we had difficulty breathing at such an altitude. ; )
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Loved having bike trail and rentals so close and on site.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room and location were wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: Disappointed in the cafe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My boyfriend and I live a few hours away and needed a getaway for a night. I made reservations easily online. From the valet who greeted us, to the front desk, to the lovely spacious room and the amazing location we had a beautiful time. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle service that took us into town and was there when we were ready to be picked up and the hot tub- the grounds and scenery were lovely! We will be back to stay again, hopefully soon!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the last 10 years, the staff at this hotel was the most friendly and helpful of them all. Every request was met with genuine kindness and enthusiasm!
Cons: The location of the resort is not within walking distance of anything else, but the shuttle service to and from the ski area is phenomenal.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, the parking, the amenities and the cookies!
Cons: There was no air conditioning (which in the ski season is fine but in the summer was a little rough)
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff yhat greeted us to our stay. The only thing I could consider getting upset about was that some of the other customers at the skate rink were given vouchers for a day on the lake. I don't know if that deal had just expired but i wish i knew.
6.5 Good
Pros: Very nice location for holiday travel however for business it is just too far from major transportation. This coupled with the lack of transportation other than the shuttle to the airport make it difficult.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful almost to a fault, but it is difficult to find genuine help at times and they definitely brought that.
Cons: My only complaint would be the breakfast that is offered. I am not surprised by what was offered but there was nothing interesting offered. Would be great to get something better than what I can make for myself at home instead of something more boring.

Pros: 3 Peaks Lodge was awesome. My family and I stayed and let me tell you this place has it all. Location is prime, 5 minute walk to the ski lifts with nigh skiing in walking distance cant beat it. We will be returning here definately.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a convenient location and quiet.
Cons: There was no blow-drier or ironing board. I think those items should be standard.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was right at the base of the mountain.
Cons: It was strange all around. The "kitchenette" was a microwave and fridge, the hallways had many stains on them, the bed didn't have a fitted sheet (it was only a mattress and a flat sheet on top), breakfast was a box of donuts and a box of cereal. Weird.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, we weren't looking for anything fancy, which this isn't. It fit our needs well.
Cons: It wasn't spotless clean, but not overly dirty. We stayed two nights but our room was not cleaned in between. We would have liked that. Also, the ice maker did not work.
1.0 Poor
Pros: the location was great
Cons: The room was dirty, dust bunnies built up in corners. The sauna was broken, one of main reasons I booked this hotel. The continental breakfast consisted of a box of store bought doughnuts.
