Noisy! We were scheduled to stay two nights and we did not stay the second night. The traffic noise was horrible and loud. Priceline usually works for us. This time it didn't .
Oh...very small bathroomIt would be closer to a 2 star when you rate......... A $50 credit for using Mr. Kirk's Priceline would be so nice. Thanks, Mark
this is primarily a MOTEL! not a hotel...........I would not have booked if I knew my room would have an outdoor stairway to get to that level and a door to the outside. Misleading description by Pricelineoverused, a bit out of date and rundown. staff desk run by students and not friendly, informative, or professional
Staff-completely unprofessional & extremely rude. I went to check in & I had to wait due to housekeeping taking care of a 'bug infestation'. They told me I could have late check out yet CALLED room @11am exactly to ask why I hadn't left yet & argued w/ meMeanwhile, there was on 2 other cars in the parking lot. Literally. Not sure why they had to argue. Punk kid w/ a bad mohawk at front desk kept pulling a power trip. I even had to switch rooms because my electric outlets & heater didn't work. Although, the heater in other room barely worked as well. It was high as it could go whole time & felt about 60 in room. Not tto mention a horrible draft coming in from the 1/2 in crack at the door. This was hands down worst place ever. Truck stops are cleaner & nicer.
Warm, comfortable beds
Bathroom remodeled but wood still old, painted poorly. Not really a 2.5 star hotel
proximity to CSU
Butter, in addition to the margarine, should be put on the breakfast buffet; Weather strip on bottom of room door should be replaced; cold air (and potentially, snow) coming into room.
Good location and nice indoor pool & hot tubRoom was stale smelling and the windows did not open
The hotel is in an excellent location, right downtown and across the street from Colorado State University. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I got a good rest and was able to complete my business efficiently.
I was completely satisfied with my experience there for three days and nights. I would definitely stay there again.
great place, staff helpful, fresh breakfast(plenty of fixings for coffee/eggs), the room is large enough to hang in. Location is ok, parking easy. Only wish they had a desk area in room and better TV choices and an ice machine. Beds were ok. Bathroom ok.
wish the room did not have such a 'powder freshner' smell, like they were covering up some smell. The TV is bare bones digital stations. And this is not in walking distance to any restaurant that we were recommended. This is a very comfortable place to stay and the people are very friendly. I did not use the pool nor the workout room but assume they are taken care of by caring staff.
