The service that I received during the pick up of the rental could not have been better. The assistant manager at this location went above and beyond and because of this our vacation was improved 10 fold. I could not be happier.Cons:
During the drop off I had to get a ride that was on a time table. The return took considerably longer than the pickup due to the staffing of the office. (Only one person working at the time) With that being said they did what they could and I left a happy customer. Upon arrival they harassed me because I had made the reservation that same day. According to Avis, if you do so, you must call the pick-up branch to confirm availability. Since i had not been made aware of that, i hadn't done such. So, they were out Economy vehicles, and they refused me any vehicle without a substantial upcharge.8.4 Very good

Car was not ready to be driven. Oil change was past due kept getting messages the entire trip that it was past due. The air in the tires was 27, 30, 45 and 39 which is ridiculous obviously NO ONE did a review of the car before I picked it up. I had to pull over twice to get the tire pressure correct and from the time I left the oil change light was on. In addition the windows on the inside were not cleaned and therefore caused issued with night vision. I give you an F on preparation, worst condition of any rental car I have ever driven2.0 Poor

There was some trash that wasn't mine I found when cleaning it (I was the only one ever in it). The radar detector was a hazard for me personally, although I think it may have been malfunctioning. The loud beep when I'm changing lanes on a freeway made me hesitate longer before transitioning completely and increased the danger to me. The "replace oil and oil filter" prompt came on the screen from the first time I turned the key and every time after.National
