The room was dirty. Dust, hair and fingerprints everywhere. Room smelled like cat urine. The tiniest pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel on a king size bed. No robes. No refrigerator. Tiny bathroom. Chipped bathtub. Torn and stained shower curtain. It’s like staying in an older college dorm.
Clean with great amenities.
As a Tesla owner, it was disappointing that the destination charger stopped charging multiple times and had to be reset.
The shuttle was a great perk and convenient getting to old town.
We were woken up by a fire alarm around 12:30 am and had to evacuate out into the rain. I know the fire alarm was not the staff's fault, but there was never an explanation, never an apology, nothing, from the staff.

Was greeted by a delightful young woman named Jaclynn & she set the tone for a delightful experience at this Hilton. Would def stay here again.
