Location is good.
I’m sorry to say we didn’t have a good experience here. We found the Japanese style beds in the Private room to be extremely uncomfortable (generally we have found these to be comfortable in Japan but this bed left us with back pain very quickly). The room was very small, and the walls so thin we heard every footstep and movement surrounding the room and hall, and a crying baby - we had barely any sleep as a result and decided to check out early (incurring the cancellation cost) the following day as we didn’t think this was tolerable, and learned that the private room cost here was not value for money in comparison to elsewhere. We didn’t feel like the staff were concerned about the problem, as the response was “it’s not our problem.” Whilst we understand you can’t avoid a baby crying, we were also paying guests and it was quite disappointing (and an exhausting experience!) for us.
Great Location, cleaniness, friendly staff and even food/restaurant around the hostel is really nice. Especially the dumpling restaurant opposite the hostel. We had our dinner twice there.
Three storey hostel with no elevator.
It's easy to take a bus. Just walking southern 1mins, you will find there is a bus stop on your left side. 24H supermarket is across from the bus stop.
The staff is lovely, very helpfull and nice. We have a lot of place in our bed to put our things and the locker is big. I spend a very nice stay in Fukuoka Hana hostel! Thank you :)
I stayed in the private room. It is too small for 2 person. Just nice for one person
