Pros. We loved how convenient the location was 5 minutes to pedestrian downtown district and 8 minutes walk to main train station/Zugspitz station, and 8 minutes to walking trails. Lovely breakfast included in sun room, nice amenities - spa, sauna, pool, and gym. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons. Beds are hard, and decor is a little dated, but not offensive. We arrived prior to check in and they made us wait a few hours to officially check in - not unexpected. However, their accommodation for holding luggage leaves you with reservations. Instead of housing the luggage in a secured location we were instructed to place it in an unused conference room that anyone could walk into. We trusted it would be sufficient monitored and we did not encounter an issue - the set up is unusual in my experience.
