Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and good value for money, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with some mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and insufficient housekeeping. While some found the rooms comfortable and the amenities sufficient for the price, others were disappointed by maintenance problems and lack of cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with a prime location and welcoming service, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.
