10.0 Excellent
Pros: First time at a B&B and loved it! Loved the upstairs sitting room where we played backgammon and had tea and cookies. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts were very gracious and breakfast was homemade and had fresh fruit! Out of way location was delightful and quiet! Would go again! Thanks Bill and Barb!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bill and Barbara we’re great! Their friendliness made us feel right at home. The best part was the wonderful breakfasts and convivial conversation. Their teamwork in the kitchen was an inspiration. In addition, the English garden flower borders were lovely. The attention to detail makes their hospitality extra special.
Cons: Our only problem was that the roads in the area made it tricky to find the assisted living place where our sister was staying. But Bill and Barbara helped us with maps for directions since our destination was not on the GPS system.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole place was just gorgeous. Great night sleep in the comfortable bed. Good coffee and delicious waffles for breakfast. Barb and Bill are delightful host. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated, very comfortable and wonderful owners.
Cons: Only issue was bathroom was at the bottom of 16 step staircase and had a pedestal sink instead of a cabinet.

6.0 Good
Cons: The mattresses were nasty and worn out as well as the bedding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast more than enough. Room and staff excellent. Have already recommended to friends.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here with my two young sons, ages 5 and 4. We were picking up my other sons, just 30 miles away. We decided at the last minute, to drive up the night before we were to pick them up, so we wouldn't have to get up so early the day of. Upon arrival, the hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very nice Our room was really clean and comfortable. The pool was being cleaned and was closed when we got there. So, we went to pool the next morning. My boys were really excited to play. We got to the pool, and it was 3.5 feet deep. Just a little bit too deep for my little kiddos. In the rush, I had forgotten to pack their life jackets. The receptionist, went in the back room, and got them both a swim noodle and arm floaties. It was so nice of her. This simple act of kindness allowed us to play in the pool, and have happy kids. The breakfast was really good. Hot and fresh. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Clare area.
Cons: Nothing! We loved it
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Not enough parking , hide a bed had no bedding at all, sheets on king were dirty and wrinkled, 3 people booked for the night and 2 towels
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself looked very good and the bed was extremely comfy.
Cons: The construction in and outside the building was a little off-putting but the most concerning thing was that my first floor room was directly next to the parking lot and didn’t feel particularly safe for a female traveling alone. Attempts at getting a second floor room could not be accommodated as all rooms were full.
5.8 Okay
Pros: remodeling, newly painted and cleaned room of a former econo-lodge. Not very well remodeled I will add. Poor workmanship.
Cons: Before 10:00 some breakfast items were depleted and girl was cleaning up. Not much food to choose from. Did not like the scanty selection available.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was awesome
Cons: Was overcharged
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked that businesses were within walking distance
Cons: The hot tub was broken and we could not use it. The spa tub in our room had a plug that would not stay closed and kept draining water out while we were in it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillow was very comfortable. Staff did whatever they could to make us happy.
Cons: There were guests that ate breakfast, then piled up biscuits on 2 plates and brought them to their room, which left us with no biscuits. Had to wait an hour to have biscuits and gravy. This was not the staff's fault. They did the best they could with guest that stole food. I understand some guest like to eat in their room, but it's not right to eat a full breakfast, then take all the biscuits in the warmer to your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really like the newly remodeled look and hotel in a Great location in town but off the main drag. Also staff was very friendly
10.0 Excellent
