Pros (+) Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Walked into the lobby into the very strong smell of cigarette when checking in, seemed that someone had very recently been smoking in the lobby area. Beds were soft, extremely soft!

Pros (+) The rooms beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are updated
Cons (-) I have never been treated so poorly or rudely by anyone. This female front desk clerk was very rude, and scared my kids when she was in my room. If it wasn't for her I absolutely would have returned.... But I don't want to chance dealing with her again.
