The room was large with a microwave and mini fridge and had a balcony. The pool was clean and outdoors so you could enjoy the sunny weather. The location was really good. The sheets were actually dirty with someone else's brown crusty remains? And the blankets and comforter were circa 1976. The cable in the room was so bad you had the wavy lines through every channel for bargain basement hotels it would have made sense but for 300 for the night I think updating and clean bedding would be in order.
Good conference facilities. Rooms were not clean, lacked basic amenities such as soap or travel shampoo, for some reason was given ADA room, poor water pressure, cable signal was poor, wifi was slow, facilities not updated, bed and pillows uncomfortable.
Resturant does not allow children except for breakfast and room not set up for room service for Kids to eat.
Room was clean. Well done housekeeping staff! Property needs remodeled. The Red lion in Pasco looked like this one 12 years ago. Front desk service was a bit lacking. No coffee in the lobby needs to be addressed ASAP.
Nothing They gave my room away during a natural disaster in the area. It caused us to have to sleep in the parking lot
Clean, good staff
Breakfast included. Outdated but clean furnishings. An extra large fridge meant we could put our travel cooler inside. The air conditioning kept waking me up as there was no way to keep the fan on constantly. Pillows are also hard and weirdly shaped.
Good value for the money. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to the train tracks.
Room was clean & tidy as was the lobby and common areas. The free or included in the room rate breakfast is one of the better I have seen in economically priced inns. Make your own waffles, scrabbled eggs, sausage, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and milk. Friendly staff. A little dated on the decor and no elevator to the 2nd floor. The train passes by several times during the early morning hours, no whistle, but the rumble of train engine & cars is still enough to wake you. We had obnoxious guests who allowed their bratty children to run up and down the halls til almost midnight, not Best Westerns fault, although they could have easily heard the stomping and noise and done something about it
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Bathroom was a bit cramped.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and a good selection of food. The pool and hot tub were nice also. Their cleaning products had a unusual odor which I noticed but my companion did not. The A/C unit had to be set on 60* to keep the room comfortable at night even though the outside temperature was 50* at night and only 80* during the day. There was no screen door on the sliders to the balcony.
Room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was standard hotel "free breakfast" fare. Conveniently located to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Would be nice if there was an elevator, but there's only 2 floors, so it's no big deal.
Friendly staff It needs a make over!!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The workout facilities were so rickety I thought the treadmill was going to fall apart while I was on it. The elliptical was not much better with a broken display.
The cleanliness of the rooms. Staff was polite. No complaints
1. Location is central and close to everything. 2. View is good. 1. The King sized bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on! Got very little sleep in the 3 nights we stayed. 2. The front office staff were less than impressive! Not very nice. Not sure we will be staying there again.
The staff was really nice! The location was great! The rooms are kinda dated. They have made a poor attempt to modernize it. The worst night sleep I have ever had on a hotel mattress!
The staff was great. Friendly, helpful. Left an item in my room and they cheerfully arranged to send it back to me. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was simple but found what I wanted. Woman working the front desk in the A.M. was a real pro under busy circumstances...she'll go far. Nothing major...tv remote was missing...a light was burnt out.
It was close to a casino When I went to take a shower in the morning the bath tub/shower was full of dead bugs. They were all over the floor in bathroom also.
The booking was easy, the staff friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was a good array of food. Everything was clean. And the price was excellent. I am a repeat customer here. Nothing.
This is our second stay at La Quinta in Wenatchee. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to make sure the room is heated prior to a known checkin. We confirmed our check once we got to town, but noted that we were attending a hockey game first. It was very cold in Wenatchee that evening (near zero), and once we arrived at the hotel and started the heater, it took nearly an hour for the room to reach a comfortable temperature.
pool open 24hours elevator not working
Breakfast was really sad. After playing an early morning hockey game went back to the hotel and it was so sad we had to go out. The mattress was very soft. The parking lot and sidewalk were very slick and icy. We asked if they could salt it but we were still slipping and sliding every time we came and went.
Breakfast bar, friendly staff, happy hour, rooms with guest bath, cleanliness and friendliness of housekeeping,
The staff was excellent. The place was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was not good. Need to improve the quality of the food a great deal.
Amenities like breakfast go bags and snacks were great. Staff was very friendly and had lots of area knowledge. Rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool very small and some miscommunication with staff regarding my room.
The breakfast was very carefully presented and good.

Spacious, well maintained, convenient location,
I like the living room area with a couch that was nice. Everything is new the bathroom is big just a good experience overall. I wish the pool was open 24 hours a day for adults.
The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator. Customer service was good. It was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. The breakfast was disgusting. The TV was small. The coffee was bad.
The staff was sincerely friendly. The breakfast and other food provided was excellent. Loved the room. Changing from the type room (King) to another type (2 Queens) was a little challenging, but we were accommodated.

Fresh breakfast quiet friendly staff clean room
Convenient, fairly clean facility and room. Check in is fast with advance booking. The third floor lobby smelled like an old smokers bar, even though there was no smoking placards posted.
Clean and utilitarian. Not a lot of frills, however it was quiet and worked well for our needs.
No frills but very clean, well kept and very comfortable. Great value place!! Need more pillows available.
The staff was on point. Very friendly and helpful. It was a clean room. Would recommend to others....will most definitely stay there next time in the area...
Things were clean and quiet. the continental breakfast could have been a little better, like maybe adding some scrambled and sausages. Otherwise, good, well supplied. And having two waffle makers really helped to get people thru.
Cheap and close to destination. Super thin covers. Basically a thin blanket with a curtain on top.
Staff was friendly and efficient, location was convenient, room was clean and quiet The hotel outside the room was uncomfortably warm, lobby and hallways
The room was clean and renavateted. You could tell they spot painted often to at least maintain a clean appearance which gave the appearance that they cared. The hostess was kind and they had the essentials to sleep and rest. Other people. Because it was a good value there were scum staying two doors down and you could smell the marijuana seeping out of there room to the hallway. The hotel has signs everywhere not to smoke but that individual clearly thought he was above the establishment making it feel like it's just a hotel for dealing drugs. Jut proves most pot heads are disrespectful scum and should have the privileges of a hotel.
The location, while certainly not to be considered "nice" was at least convenient to most things in town. The hotel was noisy at night and the beds were very uncomfortable. The quality of the linens was very low. The rooms were extremely small.
Dirty, charged us 3X all at once. Refused to help clear it up. Caused us over $300 in fees from our bank. The desk clerk tried to cover up her mistake. Called the manager and he refused to help after admitting they over charged us. We got stranded in the mountains with no $ because our acct was overdrawn and we didn't know it. We had to visit my dying mother with our children. Emergency trip. Over all their "mess up" that still isn't resolved cost us over $2000. Still no reply from the company. Would have been easier to sleep in the parking lot in our car.
Price is cheap and the room was ok. Pillows and bed were not that comfortable, but it was decent enough. Bathroom was a bit small
Good location in the middle of Wenatchee. Though dogs are allowed, they cannot be left by themselves at any time, even in a crate. There is also very little space for them to go to the bathroom. Hot tub is closed during the winter. Breakfast is very limited.
The staff were wonderful and the needs were very clean with two sheets on the mattress and the mattresses were very clean. Air conditioning, good location, pool. Late checkout is noon, the safe was already locked so we couldn't use it, there was a questionable stain in the wall, bathtub was grimy, remote control specifically designed to be cleaned yet was not, no conditioner placed in the room, fridge and freezer not cleaned with some tape holding part of it together.
Was thinking low budget, marginally acceptable. Was pleasantly surprised with a clean, recently painted, newer carpeting, table/chairs, moderate sized room. Would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Good for the short stay. Complimentary breakfast is included. Many thanks to the staff :)
Good location for passing through Wenatchee. It was cleaner than anticipated. Loved it had air conditioning and parking big enough for truck and trailer. Liked the rooms had frig It was a little dated. Frig could benefit from defrosting once I. a while. Some places like lower counters could be cleaned better. A few squares of toilet paper on the roll was a little odd. Yes it's green to use the last of a product but maybe if you leave an eighth of a roll you could fold a triangle on the end so it doesn't look like a forgotten item on the cleaning check list.
The gal at the front desk was quite delightful. She was able to provide information about the area and was very upbeat. When I found what was to be a non-smoking room, smoky, without question she moved me. Great location. I enjoyed an early morning run and was able to see some of the city. It seems to be in a very safe area. The faciities are really old and rundown. The stairs going to the upper level are actually disintegrating. I was suprised to see someone sweeping the pool area which is now closed and not doing anything about the stairs. I would fear that the stairs could be a safety issue. The interior of the rooms are very outdated and the furnishings are very limited. The refrigerator sits on the floor with a microwave balanced on top of it.
They had nice pillows and that was about it. Not nearly enough parking spots open so we had to park down the road. The bath tub would not drain; after one shower we were unable to shower the rest of our stay. My best friend showered at 4 pm once we got there. The tub was still filled from her shower when we checked out at 10 am the next day. The bathroom door was broken. It was so broken it was just dangling from the door. We couldn't close the door at all. Well finally we got it closed and my best friend was locked inside of the bathroom and we had to slide a card in to pop it just to get her out. Pieces were missing from furniture. For paying over $120 for one night I thought we would have a little better experience. I am not high maintenance at all and these seemed like issues to be had at Motel 6. Overall it was horrible. When I told the front desk agent she replied oh.... That's sick.... I guess I can put it down. Have a good day and thank you for staying with us. After that stay I would have expected some form of apology.
Quiet and the cookie was great Nothinh
Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, great location. Enjoyed our stay.
Nice room, Comfortable bed, Great Location Noisy on Ground Floor - shut down the pool at 10 or 10:30. And quiet those stairwell doors - loud push bar latch & then SLAM all night.
It's cheap and a place to sleep. I was only there for one night so it did the trick. It was only about 10 minutes from where I needed to be the following morning. The rooms have been smoked in heavily either recently or over time. The pillows aren't very comfortable.
Decent location in town. Pool looked nice. Room was big and clean. Good sized fridge and closet. Check in / out was weird. Shower did not drain and felt like the bathtub floor was going to collapse, which it probably will. Told staff about at checkout and received an "ok" back.

Clean, comfortable rooms..Great staff, very friendly! Great Breakfast! Great clean pool! Cookies and milk in the evening was a special touch.
The staff was very nice and polite. I would recommend this hotel to someone that asked where to stay in Wenatchee. I picked this hotel because it was close to Leavenworth and it had a indoor pool. When we checked in the pool was not heated for the entire stay
Charging me another 10.00 when I had prepaid for this????
Rooms were clean! front desk people need more training.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities Lots of noise audible from floor above. Breakfast was strictly mediocre even for hotel food.
Very clean room, Pet friendly, kind staffs
The rooms were just a little outdated.
Location and general look/maintenance No fresh air: all outdoor seating areas are for smokers. Even if no one is smoking the smoldering cigarette smell and smoke still comes out of the ashtray traps they provide. Front outdoor seating area has fountain spatters water all over the benches !
The breakfast buffet was great! The rooms were very nice, and the staff was polite. Starbucks, and plenty of other restaurants, are an easy drive away. The pool was pretty small, and there were lots of children stomping upstairs (maybe there was an event going on that weekend) and running around in the halls and business center.
Nice large room and liked that the vanity was separate from shower and toilet. Would like more variety of fruit in the breakfast bar.
Spacious room, quiet, comfortable, nice breakfast & breakfast area. Located right on the main road in Wenatchee, close to everything. No
Surprisingly (for the price) was very clean, and recently redone. The room looked like...the future as imagined in the 60s, in a good way. Also the front desk person lent me a phone charger, which was super helpful.
I loved that I could book 1 night, on a Leavenworth Winter Lighting Festival weekend and it was very inexpensive. I read the review complaints and planned for ways to deal with others issues: hard floors= ear plugs for noise from room above & warm socks for my feet. It was exactly what we needed, a warm safe place to relax and sleep. Expectations were managed when we chose to pay $80 instead of $300 for a hotel. So my only left over "negative" thing was my bed was hard. I like them soft, I'm soft, and my joints do better with some more give. I'm giving a 4 of 5 stars because of expectations of an inexpensive hotel room are not the same as a more expensive hotel.
The Motel Clerk was very friendly, even let us have a first floor room. She was easily able to retrieve the notification of our arrival. We varified the stay for two nights. We were pleased with the room, it was exactly like the picture on the computer. There was a notice in the room that said not to leave any valuables in the room. With that in mind, we put our suit cases in our car. When the maid came in she removed all of our personal items from the room. I reported the things missing to the desk clerk. She handed me a $5 bill and told me to go out and purchase the things that were removed and send them the bill. I have now replaced the items, will not be sending them a bill. Will not be staying there again. Thank you for asking. We are not ones to complain, but other people need to know their personal property will be taken from their room.
The walls in the bathroom were very dirty. It was in need of some repairs.
The rooms were dirty. Crumbles of food on the floor by the beds. Shower was stained. Looked like it needed scrubbed with a disinfecting bleach. Thank goodness for flip flops! Beds were hard. Definitely not worth the money we paid ($107.00). If there was other availablity in the area we would have requested a refund and left.
Great value, clean rooms, in downtown close to everything. Beds could be better
Staff was nice... ... But it was older and room stunk and it wasn't very clean.
The room was very dark. The graffiti on the ceiling did lend a little culture to the room, this was piggy backed with a melted microwave that was very reminiscent of a Salvador Dahi panting. No toilet paper, dirty wrinkled sheets, and a thick layer of nicotine on EVERYTHING. Staying here is like watching an 8 hour art film that wasn't intended to be understood. It is very close to downtown.
Clean and a great location walking distance to city center.great pub over the road. parking away from some rooms.
The manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. There were too many problems during our stay to list them all, but a few included plastic bathroom windows with no curtains, terrible smelling rooms, the manager taking and using credit card information without consent (or signature authorization), and bugs in the rooms. Unless you are extremely desperate for a room, I highly recommend not staying here. Our group would have been happier sleeping in our cars and saving the $ 900 we gave this terrible hotel.
