Cons (-) The rooms [I asked to switch] were malodorous. The room I was switched to smelled worse than the initial room so I stuck with what was behind Door #1. The television channels were mislabeled and the reception was poor. Finally, the mattress was shall we say not designed for "extended stay" in that it was very bargain basement in terms of quality.
Cons (-) This whole listing was a huge deception! The photo of the outside, lobby, eating area and room had nothing to do with this property! The only reason we didn't ask for a new room was we doubted the other rooms were any better! I would give this property a D and will never stay at an Extended Stay hotel again!
