Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its breathtaking views, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. The atmosphere is welcoming and the amenities are appreciated. However, several guests found the location to be remote and difficult to access, with expensive and inconvenient boat transfers. Food quality and restaurant options received mixed feedback, with some guests disappointed by limited menus and high prices. Value for money and communication about accessibility were also points of concern. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and scenery stand out, but operational improvements are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
