Pros (+) Incredible service by the staff. Cannot stress how nice everyone was, and how clean/well maintained the place seemed.
Cons (-) Definitely didn't feel like a five star hotel, as a lot of the little touches just weren't there. Felt like I stepped back ten years in what hotels are supposed to be like. Like, why is there no free wifi?
