The Pearl Hotel

The hotel was very clean and tidy, with the room service and other things very ordered and professional.

The only good thing about this place is that some of the staff are very friendly. The place is in terrible condition: paint coming off walls, lots of water damage, random furniture in hallways and stairs. It doesn't seem like the staff care about the hotel.

I booked the hotel seeing the vicinity to main road and the exterior photo of the hotel. The location, entrance, reception, restaurant are good and staff is polite and positive inspite of so many issues in the room. The room gives a feeling of 2 star guest house. The toilet jet pipe was broken, toilet leaking and the handle of shower loose to be properly functional. After changing room, some issues solved, but next morning finds geyser is not working. Basically, this room is for single business travelers who want to rest and not for family experience.
