Cons: LATAM has a policy of locking its doors 35 minutes prior to departure We showed up with 25 minutes left at gate and were denied accesses If this is their policy it needs to be stated somewhere since every airline in the world is different
Pros: Friendly crew and easy check-in. Comfy seats, and the entertainment was excellent. Food was top notch for a plane trip.
Cons: Another "nickel and dime" airline. Seat assignment and checked bag costs nearly as much as the flight.

Cons: Front desks need to improve their customer services skills. The employees who work at the front desk checking bages were very unfriendly. I don’t know if its because I am a foreigner. as soon as I approached the front desk they gave me attitude.

Cons: We buy $530 tickets for one way, and was horrible trip, we need to checkin in Miami and we need to bring the baggage far away to conect with united! And repeated the tsa and so tired!
Cons: We didn’t even make it on the flight because they overbooked the flight. Our flight was to take off at 7:30, we made it to the gate by 6:15 and were told that we had arrived too late for boarding the plane. Absolute nonsense.
Cons: HAVE BUSINESS CATEGORY TO DOMESTIC FLYERS
Pros: They offered umbrellas to get everyone off the plane in the pouring rain. That is a first for me
On time, but unexpected fee and aborted Landing
Pros: I like that the check-in and boarding process was relatively smooth. Most of the staff at Quito Airport is friendly and accommodating. The waiting area was also very relaxing. The flight did have an aborted Landing, but it appears the flight crew handled it in a most expeditious and safe manner.
Cons: The airline hit us with an unexpected $20 bag check fee. It's not the worst thing, but I wish I would have known beforehand.
Sobrevendieron mi vuelo
Pros: Y no intentaron solucionarlo, me parece una falta de respeto y algo ilegal hacer eso. No se pueden sobrevender mas de 15 boletos. No nos dieron reembolso. Pero sobre todo tenía un viaje internacional y lo perdí, perdi más de 800 dólares por culpa de este pésimo servicio. Además el servicio y los aviones son pésimos. Las personas que atienden lo hacen de mala gana y muchas veces son groseros con los clientes. Ellos aviones son viejos e incómodos. No tienen ni tv.
