Ideally located at the entrance to the Sanctuaries, Hôtel Sainte-Rose*** offers the best in modern comfort. Its spacious volumes and friendly décor give the hotel a contemporary feel. Its well equipped rooms (70-channel TV, en-suite bathrooms with hairdryers, telephone, etc...) are quiet and spacious and will make your stay a very comfortable one. The restaurant offers buffet breakfasts, tasty menus and a buffet formula with an impressive choice of delights. You’ll be welcomed by an attentive team. Outside, a beautiful terrace provides a pleasant relaxation area and parking is available.
Excellant location, 5 minute walk to Sancturies. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room very dated. No facilities in room (minibar, kettle etc) although this seems standard in Europe.
The location of this hotel is the best fiture. The rooms are a little dated.I had breakfast and it had a very good choice.
The Main staff spoke english n helpful.
Did not provide full comprehensive option regarding transport to and from train station.
There was nothing I really liked about this hotel. It had cramped rooms and the shower cubicle is almost impossible to use. You cannot bend over to wash you feet. There are inadequate facilities to put your clothes . The marble table is useless and should be replaced with a drawer unit.
The size of the rooms are small and are really only suitable for the use of one person. Website indicates that the hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the Railway Station and Airport It does not
City centre location with easy access to Pyrenees
Limited car parking on site, approximately 8 cars. Only alternative is a payable car park opposite
The whole refurbishing of the hotel was excellent. The staff of the dining room were equally excellent
We stayed at the hotel 8 nights. We asked for a double bed and our request was flatly refused. Very disapointed
The food and its location
The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.
The hotel was extremely noisy. The rooms were not sound proof at all. The bathroom was also very tiny which would have been fine but it did not have a real door. The beds were also old.
Hotel is very near to the Sanctuary
Helpful staff, clean room
For environmental considerations I asked that towels not be replaced daily. However, this was probably misunderstood by the cleaning staff given my accent. I would have appreciated tea/coffee-making facilities. For a private guest the number of young school children's parties deterred me from using the restaurant at breakfast. No air-conditioning, though given the temperature this was not a problem.
