Pros: "All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst"
Cons: "Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France"
Pros: "Excellent service"
Pros: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. The crew were all courteous and kind even to the man who was sitting next to me who seemed quite demanding."

Cons: "Everything very good"
Pros: "Friendly attendants, entertainment variety"
Cons: "Comfort, food could have been better."
Pros: "Left on time. No turbulence."

Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "Seats! They were too small!"
Pros: "Air France personnel is always really helpful"
Cons: "Food and comfort in short haul are not the best - but the flight is short..."
Pros: "Everything! It was a wonderful experience."
Pros: "Very little"
Cons: "Flight was very crowded. Flight crew kept bumping into my seat and never apologized"
Pros: "The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use."
Pros: "Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing."
Cons: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."
Pros: "Cheap ticket"
Cons: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."
Pros: "The cabin crew was super patient and accommodating of the passengers."
Cons: "Cramped quarters"
Pros: "Boarding staff helpful with Disabilities; food services quick and pleasant; interior cabin temps appropriate."
Cons: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"
Cons: "Separated me and my wife for the whole flight! Could not accommodate us together. This reservation was made over 6 weeks ago !!!"
Pros: "Great service, decent food"
Cons: "There was no WiFi on the plane"
Pros: "Great food (Economy class). Good Service"
Cons: "Not enough bathrooms on Economy class area due to aircraft design."
Pros: "Enjoyed my food, especially tasty for airplan fare!"
Cons: "Not enough leg room"
Pros: "I like traveling with AirFrance in general."
Cons: "Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!"
Pros: "We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Cons: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"
Cons: "CDG is a monster. The distances are long . The signage is poor and when I asked for directions the diirections I got were wrong."
Pros: "The quality of service from the staff and their courtesy. A great asset of the airline."
Cons: "My luggage was left behind - this despite my being lifetme platinum."
Pros: "The friendliness and courtesy of the staff."
Cons: "One piece of my luggage was left behind in Paris."
Cons: "They loosed our reserved seats, our luggage, food was awful, ground staff was disrespectful."
Pros: "The service"
Pros: "What’s not to like!"
Pros: "The crew, the service, the food and beverages"
Cons: "The 3 hours delay"
Pros: "The food, the service and everything else is fine, quite good."
Cons: "However, our baggages were 1 day late. Your missing baggages would deliver to you 1 day later, for some maybe 2 days later...Quite a few people said that it's been always like this with air Aeroflot if there is a transfer flight."
Pros: "Absolutely nice friendly and professional crew. Congrats! Nice food, rich and healthy Right in time despite few delay at departure"
Cons: "Just a need to improve entertainment facilities (digital screen, Wi-Fi. ..)"
Cons: "My baggage was broken"
Pros: "Leg room is bigger than average, there is also a foot step which helps you to relax."
Cons: "There must be lice on the plane, either from the customer or on the seats. Got bitten 6 times on the leg and butt!!! And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "Food could be a bit better. White bread is unhealthy."
Pros: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Cons: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Pros: "There was enough leg room"
Cons: "The food was not very nice and the aircraft was really cold."
Pros: "The food was good."
Cons: "I feel comfortable flying when I can see out the window so don't force me to close my window shade. The flight attendants kept forcing me to close my shade. Also new planes would be nice. Sick of flying on outdated technology."
Pros: "Nice Flight Attendants Good Food"
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 1.5 hours"
Cons: "Too crowded"
Pros: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."
Cons: "Left a little late for no apparent reason."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Ground service at check-in was very poor: Misinformation and failure to provide a level of service that other SkyMiles partners provide for Gold level traveler."
Pros: "Pleasant staff."
Cons: "I sat next to an overweight lady and was incredibly uncomfortable my entire flight. There needs to be better regulation for overweight passengers to ensure that every passenger has enough room"
Pros: "The aircrew are very friendly. The staff at CDG were very helpfull with our connecting flight."
Cons: "The seats are very cramped for tall people, especially when the passenger in front of you reclines their seat."
