The friendlyness of the staff. The rate of the rooms is too high for the quality.

Location: easy to find, just 2 min. from the train station. For such a price the rooms are very small. Also the bed.

The room originally offered to us was a shabby 1'st floor room, not value for money at all. Pillow fillings were down and feather so thanks to my allergy we could change to a room that fairly well matched the price. The attitude of staff: rather arrogant before our complaints, then after complaints to the other extreme.

Easy self-service breakfast with good quality food. Room was too warm with nosiy fan outside.

Located in the city center. Garage undeground Discotheque in the Saturday-Sunday night, very disturbing. Waking up and I could not fell asleep again.

Well located close to downtown and the University No shampoo in the shower. Very thin mattress

The hotel appeared very clean with plain but high quality interior. WLAN on the room was fast and free of charge. Finally a very good biz hotel with good access to both road and public transport network. The hotel is situated in a rather ugly business area and therefore missing the swedish charme.

The whole "thing" was fairly normal. Therefore I cannot state what I "liked best". Nothing in particular.

The single room was more spacious than I expected and the dinner was better than I thought for hotel food. The trouser press in the bedroom was broken

Easy access to other areas in Lund yet still far out from the center enough to have cheaper prices. I did not stay long enough to try out all services but were happy about the little night shop.

Front desk staff was polite and friendly. The hotel had easy access to major highway. Parking facility was good. Internet access was easy and worked well. Hotel room was OK. Staff had a difficult time retrieving the reservation placed on the web. Poor temperature controls in the room. No response from restaurant when trying to place an order. There was no service at the buffet breakfast, the staff was busy cleaning tables and doing their chores. The invoice incorrectly stated as citizen of India.

In the information at the room they said that the breakfast was open till 11 on sundays but that was changed to 10.
