A great location and cozy atmosphere. Very close to the city center. Big room with balconies. Good price for the room. A very helpful receptionist. Value for money. Close to shops and everything you need. Brilliant location. In the center of the city. Worth every penny you spend on it. Lovely spacious room, nicely decorated and central location. The guy on reception was very, very helpful. Everything was perfect. The rest was nice. The size of room was fine. Also the location was good. Private bathroom was the thing which made me take this place. Best location for tourists. Very kind and supportive personal. The hotel staff was good and helping. Room and washroom were clean. Air conditioning system was terrible - impossible to open the windows. Room was really cold. Leaking water in shower tap. A shower needs a curtain. No elevator. With the luggage hard to lift it. Interior, cleanliness, condition of furniture and plumbing. Walking up all the stairs when it's hot. The bathroom was tiny and room very small. The clerk didn't help probably because he didn't speak English. It only accepts cash or transfer from Ukrainian bank account for its payment. Location. The “tea and coffee facilities” was just a kettle and a couple of paper cups. Not really much to moan about other than that. You get what you pay for. Very small corridors and you hear your neighbors easily. When you book you have to pay within 2 hours to their account and that’s impossible if you’re not in Ukraine. Poor lighting. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was black mold in the shower. The taps in the bathroom dripped loudly all night. Outside of my window, there was a constant buzzing noise, sounded like a generator or something similar, making it very hard to fall asleep. Towels had holes in them. The bathroom stank of bleach. It was impossible to amend the reservation and receive at least some of the money back when I had to stay short. The hotel was unpleasant and the staff was unhelpful. No hand towel for the bathroom. Extremely low ceiling, no proper window you can open so there is no fresh air, no soundproofing so you hear absolutely everything your neighbors do - hard to get some rest in such room. Rooms smell like smoke. Staff was not present on the checking in and checking out day, no one helped to bring luggage upstairs (no elevator in the hotel), issues with wifi. Very low ceiling (couldn’t be seen on pictures), no openable windows, poor water drainage in shower. Small room, if you are tall, that would be a problem. A bit hard to connect with the hotel to receive information, no answer via Whatsapp. Floors and common areas weren’t clean. There could be a cupboard in the room and some more lights and foot mat/rugs. Small room, low ceiling, not very good ventilation and not possible to open windows, lack of good air gave me headache so I canceled the second night. No sunshine inside the room, it was dark. Too old furniture and everything. Stairs and hall had an old dirty cloth smell, no drinking water available, no room service, no hot water for a shower on the checkout day, shower drain was not draining well. Broken window, 6c suite. Leaking water in shower tap. Nothing working good in the room, TV not working, shower so bad, electric so bad, the room not cleaning, the room smells. I checked out before one day and they refused to give me the money back and I called booking and they didn't help me. A little bit old place that needs renovation. Room was really cold. The room was freaking cold and the bathroom smelled really awful. The hotel has walls made from cardboard- it was difficult to sleep at night because of noise. The lack of hot water in the morning was a big surprise for us. The hotel isn’t safe. There were signs to not leave any valuables belongings in the room. You have to pay a deposit. My bank doesn’t support merchant and my booking was several times canceled but at last it was sorted.
