Cons: Outside traffic noise level was excessively loud. Note that $14.95 will be added for parking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, right next to most things in Glendale. Simple driving to other sites of LA area.
Cons: Road noise. We were in room 529 facing Colorado St. & the road noise was loud. We could hear the conversation of people talking at the pool. We checked several times to see if the window was open and it wasn't. Must be poor glass. Why we rated it so low.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, right room size, breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and safe.
Cons: I didn't like having to pay to park
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. Next to mall and eating spots. Gym and pool for the kids.
Cons: They didn't accept any of my discounts because I booked online. Don't understand why it would matter where I booked. If you offer discounts for veterans and AAA then they should have been able to apply discount at checkin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness! The sheets, the towels, the bathroom! Cleanliness is of extreme importance to me and I was surprised and happy to find they took great care of this room. Also, the staff was very kind, a plus after a long day of brutal traveling.
Cons: First time visiting this area so I didn't realize the hotel was situated on a busy street, which I wasn't too keen on. Also, I would've liked to have had complete blackout curtains.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Free breakfast. Walking distance to many food options.
Cons: On a very noisy intersection. Traffic noise is a big problem. Curtains don't shut, which let a lot of light in from the nearby buildings. Between the noise and the light it was impossible for me to sleep.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Check in was fast and easy, afternoon reception was nice: glass of wine and a snack. Free breakfast was great, so easy to go downstairs and get a bite to eat, I'm let station, bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal.. very complete breakfast with lots of seating. The room was also very clean, we had a view of the lobby but it was fine. The beds were super comfy and bathroom was large and clean. Location was easy to find and right off the freeway exit and 10 min from universal studios.
Cons: The parking was $14 a day which is a little steep in my opinion. The power went out for about 10 min, but the elevators were out of service for 2 hours until one elevator was back in service, which made it difficult to take the luggage down. Other than that great hotel.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing. I couldn't wait to get outta that hotel.
Cons: Everything. The staff-rude, non-friendly. Poor customer service skills, Experienced BED BUGS in the rooms, Rooms were not cleaned, Food on the floor-scattered- from previous customer, Toilets had urine & pubic hair all over, sink had toothpaste markings from others, Stains & Water damage on the walls--felt like a motel 6!! Not Embassey Suites at $200+/night!! Then having to fight for what's right to please the customer after horrible vacation experience. Ruined everything. Will never stay here again.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The hotel is also in great location for many sites and activities (beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studioy, etc.). Embassy as usual has the best breakfasts.
Cons: I wish the parking was free but when in Rome........ There was really nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: great room, space, and vibe
Cons: Man in front questioned if I parked inside or not even after I told him I'm moving my car. I parked outside instead. I was also charged inappropriately for the parking
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Paying for parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, everything the hotel had to offer!
Cons: One morning the power went out and we had to go down 12 flights of stairs to get breakfast, then back up 12 flights and back down again to start our day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large, inviting hotel with friendly staff and amenities to make this a comfortable place to stay for several nights. Filling, excellent breakfast. In-room wifi and manager's cocktail hour. Loads of parking under the hotel--with plenty of space! The two rooms feel separate---two TVs. This would work well for families I imagine. This will be the hotel I use when I return to Glendale.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is perfect, close to freeways. Nice and welcoming lobby.
Cons: front desk, especially management is not very helpful. Good luck for getting any special requests or courtesy out of them. They will gladly offer what's not a special request or courtesy... but pretty disappointed. The Manager I dealt with was Michelle, that changed my mind about Hilton HH and will be dealing with Marriott moving forward. They seem to care more about patrons. The manager made sure that I understand that my low level HH card isn't good enough, but if I were higher level, I would get my requests fulfilled. Not going back... but otherwise, new and clean property.

7.4 Good
Pros: It was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The television was nice too. The coffee was delicious.
Cons: The fact that I was given a room next to testosterone fueled college athletes. They were extremely rowdy, yelling in the halls and slamming doors. The guys in the room directly next to mine kept yelling so loud, it was as if though in the room with me. I was a little worried at first thinking they were arguing and that it would escalate. Luckily, it didn't go further than yelling and slamming doors.
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Friendly front service. Gift/snack shop located near lobby.
Cons: $19 a night to park in their garage & the parking spots are for small compact cars. The walls are thin and our room was across from the ice machine. Needless to say but I got little sleep the one night I spent there. For a Hilton I expected much more.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was great
Cons: Charge for parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a good location, right off the freeway. The room was nice and big, and breakfast was quite good.
5.7 Okay
Cons: The parking fair is charged on the card you leave on file. Self Peking however you are required to pay 18 dollars a day. Not a way we wanted to spend our honeymoon
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I loved it. Don't like how pricey it was for one night but overall it was a good experience. The only downfall was the shower because theres no rail for the water to not get out of the shower! So water gets everywhere!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EXTREMELY convenient location (near the freeway, Trader Joe's, gas station, and Walgreens), with plenty of great dining options nearby. Crab Boil Ave. and Porto's Bakery & Cafe were my favorite.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for our visit to the area and the comfort of the hotel.
Cons: Having to pay $19.00 per day for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was super impressed by the staff at the Hotel.
Cons: Can't think of anything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and caring. When I checked in, I was talking with the front desk and i told her about my crazy travel day with canceled flights, she said I would like to buy you a drink. She called the bar and told them I would be down and the first drink, no matter what is on the house. Overall great place to stay if your working in Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas.
Cons: I had a great stay.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were big and clean. Very comfortable!
Cons: Our toilet backed up... Wasn't from a giant turd or anything though.. (my wife did it)
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The beds are incredibly comfortable and the location is fantastic! It's very easy to get to and it's a nice modern hotel. The bar is really awesome here too.
Cons: We've stayed here several times and loved it but the rooms smelled like smoke this time. We had to switch rooms because of this and the staff wasn't very apologetic about the situation. We also noticed how paper thin the walls are and I've always disliked how much they charge for parking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean rooms that look newly remodeled, great staff. Nice breakfast. Close to great shopping areas and easy to get to. Very relaxing bed(one of the best) and HUGE shower. Room had all we needed. Staff helped print out some documents my wife needed. Would definitely consider again if in the area.
Cons: Not much to complain about. It's a Motel, not a Hotel, so there's that. The room walls were a bit thin(?). You could hear the water being turned on in the other rooms. Minor issue but wouldn't deter me from staying there again.
6.5 Good
Pros: The place had been remodeled nicely, the staff was super friendly and helpful. With kids it was a plus to have breakfast included. The location is great if you want to be downtown and close to everything. For a Motel, this place was quiet.
Cons: The downside was that this place called themselves a hotel, but it was a Motel. A nice Motel, but not a Hotel. If I had known this ahead of time I probably would not have stayed here. I don't mind staying at Motels, but for this trip it was not what I was looking for. Also our first room had a really funky smell. So bad that we requested to get moved to another room. After a few hours in the new room we noticed it also had an odd smell as well, but at that point we just wanted to sleep. You can tell they were trying to go for a hip, palm springs, remodeled motel feel but it fell short. Again I would consider staying there again, because it wasn't bad... it just wasn't great.
4.0 Okay
Cons: For the price not worth it. Worst the bed bug bites I have were not in the listing. Worst stay ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super modern and nice & quiet. Awesome location wall to restaurants!!!
Cons: Everything was fine.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The water didn't make me sick and there was parking
Cons: The people wandering around asking if I want drugs or have cigarettes Dealing with the staff The beds were awful and feel super old The shower was dirty and had hair everywhere There was a carpet tack strip exposed by the bathroom The latch was broken on the door so we had to use a chair at night
4.5 Okay
Pros: The bed was scary to get into but comfortable to sleep for me. My daughter awoke in pain from the mattress. Neighborhood is good.
Cons: The bathroom had a huge hole above the shower exposing the piping. The place smelled and looked seedy. Place was so bad that my child literally chose to call psychiatric emergency care to stay overnight as opposed to going back to the motel when we went walking the next morning.

Pros: The hotel looked outdated from the photos, but in person it wasn't so bad. It was very clean and hotel was kept in good shape. Room was quiet. 5 pillows on our queen sized bed.
Cons: Overall, it was great value for my money.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: There was a bulging, wet black mold covered ceiling panel in the shower and black moldy installation hanging from the fire sprinkler in the bathroom.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice and in was convenient to where I needed to go
Cons: The hotel is very dated. The elevators are old. They have to be 30 years old. The TV service didn’t even have local channels. There was little to no info in the room about the area.
