I like the nature life and nature atmostphere which include the style of Villas, baths in natural way. I already recomend this hotel to my friends when I arrived and they show interest to visit your hotel
I didn't like the sound we are hearing during night. Also a strange man entering my room by mistake at 5:30am. Your GM is aware about that.
all excellent !
I really liked the room and I really liked the food, the meal we had up the mountain was exceptional.
The only slight negative I would say is that I thought the spa treatments were very over priced, I use spa's in Dubai regularly and I thought your prices were too high, that being said, I enjoyed my visit to the spa
The clear blue sky during the day, which is rare in Dubai, and the clear sky at night, with so many stars visible.
The service was a little slow. Ordering a drink on the beach took too way too much time. The service in the restaurant was generally a little slow.
the beach, the view, the theme of the resort
1. i was aware of the price b4 i confirm but when we arrived i noticed that it is not worth the price we paid. 2) the room service charge was extremly high (350 Dhs for delivering the food only!). 3) there was no enough activities. It became too boring. 4) as a beach resort i beleive there should be some type of activity or restaurant on the beach. 5) at night it was too dark on the beach which made it impossible to have a late night walk. a bit of beach candles or lighting would of been great.
The resort although reasonably full was peaceful with the general levels of service being good, food was fresh and well prepared though in my opinion considerably over-priced for what you get, with little alternatives being available and surprised as an International resort to find all bars closed on last days of Ramadan.
In my opinion prices are not equitable with levels of services being provided, with very little alternatives being available. Butler was somewhat "over-bearing" at times when all you wanted was to relax and enjoy the peace. Beach was a disaster and continually having to remove tar from shoes, feet and clothing was a nuisance and certainly not acceptable based on the prices being charged. Restaurant is too small when Hotel is so full and had to wait several times to be seated, together with other disgruntled guests. Overall disappointed and hence our early departure even at the loss of one night's money!
Great hotel with one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Very much a 'retreat style' hotel. Very humid in summer, but what do you expect really....
just remember there's a hefty amount of tax added to all bills (around 17%?)
