Nest Hotel Matsuyama

The location is perfect near restaurants, shopping, and tramway. You can go to the JR station with the tramway in about 15mn. It is near convenience stores and the shopping district which is convenient. The hotel is very close to the tram, less than 10 minutes' walk. Walking from the hotel can quickly reach the Okaido store street.

The breakfast is amazing and has lots of options. The hotel also provides restaurant options close by. The in-hotel buffet service had limited selections, but it is near the main downtown of Matsuyama, where many restaurants are. Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese food, lot of choice.

Rooms were of an excellent size, very spacious even for a single occupant. The room is very clean and tidy. The room was slightly bigger than your average business hotel, and the staff were very nice. The room and bed are cozy, clean, and comfy.

The parking spaces near the hotel are mostly full at evening or night time and also costly at night time. The parking lot is not easily accessible and a bit expensive. The hotel was going through renovations and thus did not allow me to change the air conditioning. As a result, it was very warm in the room.

All staff members are very friendly and nice to assist. The staff were very nice, so was the good breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. Reception staffs were very kind and helpful. Front staff was fast and responsive.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
