10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent location with close proximity to the airport and interstate.
Cons: There was a bit of loud hallway noise, especially children running and a dog barking. Perhaps to be expected on a Friday night, but it was after 10:00 pm, and we were getting up at 3:30 am for an early flight. Luckily by 12:00 all was quiet.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: Room was cool in the beginning...cold!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was very nice for the price and the staff were friendly. However, this was the first hotel I've ever been in that doesn't have air conditioning-just central air. I need a fan at night and had to go down the street and buy one. That was my only issue.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It was all around a great stay. comfortable, kid friendly, great breakfast, friendly staff, and affordable!
Cons: I found popcorn around the base of the beds and we didn't have popcorn so it would have been all five stars if it wasn't for that. Maybe a little more checking the room. I would stay there again though.

6.5 Good
Pros: The bed and bedding were ultra comfortable. The breakfast room was 1st rate, one of the best I've seen.
Cons: The bathroom was very "hairy" and the room was a bit dusty. The shower head and water pressure were average to poor. We found the internet average to slow.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Bed, location, staff...building...
Cons: Tub was slow to drain..facility maintenance was addressing the issue..
8.0 Excellent
Cons: There were tiny ants coming out from under the carpet and were all over the bathroom. I told them about it when I checked out. The excuse was the smoke in the air. I think not. It needs to be addressed. Rm 126
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed our stay at the stone creek after a long day of travel. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was huge. Price was right. Would return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay with Stone Creek Lodge and we will continue to choose them first when we have to stay overnight in Missoula! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. Staff has always been friendly. Facilities are clean and welcoming. I don't know why other people have complained about breakfast and coffee in the rooms because it matches exactly what you'll find in other comparable hotels. During both of our stays, breakfast has included the option of eggs, meat, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk, yogurt, and coffee. There is also a mini coffee maker in the room.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful
Cons: The only creamer they had was French vanilla. No plain liquid creamer for the coffee

7.1 Good
Pros: The room was great, bed was a dream
Cons: The breakfast staff need to improve their process. They ran out of most of the protein for 20-30 minutes.... Is should be a sin to run out of Coffee at breakfast...especially when you put out three pots of regular and allow all of them to go empty
5.4 Okay
Pros: Room and bed were comfortable
Cons: Key cards would stop working after about 1 hour so we kept having to go to the front desk to get them reswiped. Staff was extremely unhelpful and actually rude a few times. Won't be staying in IHG hotels anymore.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I booked this hotel last minute. An unexpected death in the family prevented me from going on the trip. I called immediately to cancel. The "policy" for the hotel was cancel at noon then day of arrival for reimbursement with no reimbursement of the first night. Understanding this I requested reimbursement of the second night. The hotel desk would not reimburse and said I needed to talk to the manager. I attempted to get a hold of the manager however he never answered or called back. I called Kayak to get help. Kayak called the hotel and was told now that the manager has left for the day. Kayak PROMISED me they would get a hold of the manager the following morning and then report back to me. It's been 48 hours since then, my credit card has been billed the full amount and I am still yet to receive a phone call from Kayak OR the hotel manager. Typical customer service of large companies in today's world.... bill your credit card, promise returned calls and then forget about it. I will not be using kayak to book any more unless they can prove they care about their individual customers.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm cookies that greeted us every evening were fabulous! And the check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The fitness room had all the necessary equipment, including a big fan, water cooler and towels.
Cons: The rooms were a tad small, but guess that's the tradeoff to get a mini frig and microwave in the room. The elevator was also too small for the at-capacity crowd (had to wait once, then gave up and took the stairs). It wasn't the fastest elevator either.

Pros: Very happy with the comfort & linens of the bed. Like that you are pet friendly & so did our dog. The kitchenette dividing the room was also great for our business meeting.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The bathroom was not very clean, there were huge stains on the comforter, and the hallways smelled strongly like urine. Also, the room was very poorly lit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean room, two beds. Kids loved the pool, Lenny (our black lab) loved the elevator. Great value for the miney
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the hotel in general, it’s its clean, comfortable and generally nice.
Cons: While there they were resurfacing the pool and hot tub do they were unavailable and they were reroofing so it was very loud during the day. Also, the gym was disappointing, only one working elliptical that didn’t keep time and free weights.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Checking out a day early.
Cons: The casino next door attracted really sketchy characters who smoked outside the casino and very near the hotel. I did not feel safe outside after dark because of the vagrants near the hotel and because of what appeared to be drug deals going down in the shared parking lot of the casino-hotel. Even though the hotel is completely non-smoking, employees smoked on the back patio of the hotel and the smoke came inside the breakfast room and the lobby.
6.8 Good
Pros: Artived at 1 am after long trip with kids. Entered room at least 85 degrees. Heater left on high. Slept with window open all nite. Cool by morning . Locked truck with Xmas presents in back of truck under locked canopy. Asked front desk if it'is safe if locked in front of location ? No problem . We had parked in front lights on alarm set dog in kennel in canopy. We lost 1 brand new snowboard(present for daughter). And set of skis for wife. Not good experience

5.6 Okay
Pros: Location. Shuttle service to airport.
Cons: No free in room internet!!!! Really???? For the Price that is outrageous. Breakfast not included. Really???? We could have and should have stayed across the street for much less money. The front desk didn't know its butt from a hole in the ground.. I used Hilton because of the name value and recognition. We certainly did not get the value. I won't be coming back and will do further research the next time I book at Hilton.

Pros: Apparently a totally adjustable bed. Would rather just a good comfortable mattress. But Good thought. Very clean nice breakfast worth the money

5.1 Okay
Cons: The Edgewater is an iconic hotel on the edge of the Clark Fork. Unfortunately, age has taken its toll. The cost of two nights exceeded $530. Here were the issues with our stay: 1. The hotel contains few of the amenities one expects nowadays. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or USB ports. There is no continental breakfast. Our simple breakfast in the restaurant ran us about $25. 2. $530 gets you a room that looks out over a parking lot and pipes and such. If you wish to look at the river, expect to pay quite a bit more. 3. Our room experienced a leak in the closet some time ago. (See pictures). It was profound enough to warp the shelf above the closet hangar that most of it is unusable now. There's no evidence this was ever addressed. 4. We had to call down for a blanket the first night as there were no extras. Perhaps it got wet up on the shelf earlier. 5. After our first night, we left in the early a.m. with our children to go see the town. There is no sign to indicate our absence and for staff to clean. We returned at 3 p.m. to an untouched room. At 4 p.m., housekeeping knocked. As our kids were asleep, we didn't opt for cleaning. Asked about delay the maid indicated "We're slammed." The hotel being a near capacity is not some surprise. Sufficient staff should be on duty to get the job done. 6. Key cards became inoperative after the first night. I had to slog back to the desk to fix them. Needless to say, we'll book elsewhere next trip.

Cons: Very dirty

Cons: Arrived at the motel for check in at 3 pm. Lobby of lined up people waiting and no rooms were ready. Finally reach front of line to be told the motel has been overbooked and I have no room. Motel insisted this was booking.com fault and we ended up at a dive another mile away from this motel. This was chosen because it was the closest to the venue so being another mile away to walk was very frustrated.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: Room was gross. Hair in bed. Run down.
